  1. Never hurts to change the filter. That little switch in by the controller knobs likes to give up too.
  2. I heard rachel volunteered to give him daily prostate exams. or at least split them up with mayor pete.
  3. That looks a lot like the FB video I saw.
  4. CL and Superliner 2 shared some frame components. Steer axle ?? It's seem like if the center bolt holes are the same, the only thing would be making sure the levers for the tie rod were the same ( if you were going to use them ) as changing those could mess up the ackerman angles.
  5. Spicer had those 16 and 12s or even the older 4 ways had the air cylinders and controller on the shifter. They were a real treat in an older truck . Nothing like dust and oil for clevises and pins. 8000 series I think. If you had one that was "married" they were around 4 or 5 feet overall length.
  6. Old 8000 series. Seems back that early it would've had two sticks. Later ones ( like an 8716 or 8512 ) had an air control that resembled one on a 12 speed and if I remember correctly were usually blue (?) I remember someone seemed to think they were a great transmission....if you were a guy who fixed transmissions for a living.
  7. So I did some googling myself. There was indeed a 12 speed Volvo with what appears to be two switches. Problem I had was the Facebook video I found ??? was a guy in Zimbabwe. I have no clue what he was saying, but .... 🤔 Zim Bob way Mowerman..... Bob 🤔 hmmm
  8. What a handsome truck. Not much brightwork on it and still looks fantastic.
  9. 🤔 so that's what a B & B is......Who knew
  10. That's a nice truck. Looking at it's picture, does that have an aluminum frame ?
  11. I've never had a burrito. 😕 I've had a sheltered life
  12. Holy cow... it is Mecho's BD happy birthday 🎂
  13. They come in daycabs too apparently.
  14. Oh yeah...... definitely a little light Bud
  15. Valve cover isn't too critical as far as torque. (doesn't it have those bolts with the springs) Just be sure nothing is pinched anywhere and careful with the vent tube. Be nice if the EGR plug doesn't give you issues. ( be careful with it, the heat makes it brittle ) Pretty much, if you took something off, put it back on. Don't be affraid to use your phone for pictures before taking stuff apart.
  16. Ya know ???? I got stuck in the truck with the 18 speed. IDK if those road speed signs still apply and then there's that gray button 🤔
  17. E9 or Sig6. A CH with 46s and a lined frame , it'd do it, just not very fast.
  18. How many utters get pulled to fill that ?
  19. That truck is over 20 years old. Looks like it's in fantastic shape. 🤔 might not be up to the task of pulling that trailer with the multitude of axles in the background if it was loaded.
  20. CL hood had a little more behind the latch and more in the front.
  21. That's a nice CH613. Hood's too short for a CL.
  22. Trucks like in that video ? New drivers call them "a shifter truck"
