    fwiw a 220 with water in the oil - that ran for a few minute then locked up - my bet would be a spun bearing anti freeze if present will seize bearings faster than any thing else.next question is why was the water-antifrz in the pan to begin with . only a teardown will solve

    provided you have everything hooked up right and did not replace the valve with the wrong one charge the air tank up the brakes will lock up pull the emg button out then push it back in your brakess will release and work as they should

    don`t know your age but if you can pass all the tests for a full commercial type physical I recomend that you do so. once you give up any part of your qualification as a commercial driver you most likely won`t be allowed to reclaim it in future cc
