  1. Im impressed, you've done a heck of a job there Paul
  2. I'm pretty thick as most here know, if your getting 25 pounds boost are you still making smoke at this boost ? If no smoke then it can only make more power with adding of more fuel, or at leasts my understanding of how the show works With 24.5 tyres and 4.17 gearing I doubt it will feel like a race car no matter what you do to the injector pump Paul
  3. Good for you and all involved That 20 years went amazingly quick Paul
  4. It shouldn't really matter if the inside of the spider is worn or spacer is a tad bit out of shape the outside wheel should be able to run true pretty easily I haven't had many dramas over the years, if any trying to get them run true Some times I gotta back the nuts off to pull it up a bit on one side, but all in all I never felt it was to difficult Paul
  5. Ah well I guess it as they say, "if you want a job done right do it your self" Nothing more to add here Paul
  6. Yes it would appear marriage was either good or bad for him 🤔, it appears will never know lol I hope Paul is doing okay and everything is good in life
  7. I find that hubs with spokes are much easier to get off with the rime and tyre still mounted however its to late for that So either your brakes are catching on the lip on the drum or its just catching on the seal When it stops sliding off can you still rotate the hub ? If you can the brakes aren't catching and its stuck on the seal in which case brute force is your friend Maybe a ratchet strap or two to apply some constant force and pop the seal out of the hub Paul
  8. Yes my son ?
  9. Moving right along, Looking like its all coming together all okay Paul
  10. I'll keep my eye's peeled for your photo, the sky doesnt last long like that before it's all changed colour again Paul
  11. Well Seed that shows just how out of touch I am with new trucks Paul
  12. Check air regulator and air filter on the box Paul
  13. Dunno about over there in Yanky land, but most brands seem to give a pretty good run in Australia The Australian Granite is a bit different than the American one but I'm guessing the drive line is similar and it is pretty well tried and tested in Australia and I dont hear many if any negitive reports Paul
  14. Well she certainly got my turbo spinning lol
  15. At home in the yard, Northern Victoria
  16. Sunrise, only seem to get these types of sunsets and sunrises in the open plain country 100's of miles from mountains and hills Paul
  17. Give it a try I guess, I have no idea Paul
  18. Well Im calling bullshit to the covered exhaust or covered intake For that turbo to spin it needs air flow, for that to happen you need both intake and exhaust valves to be open on at least one cylinder at the same time or missing parts in the motor I have heard the myth and like some many things people have a mate of a mate that swears by it but never actually had it happen So to me it definitely has no common sense theory behind it Oh and thats not a good look for a Mack modern or old Paul
  19. Long and sleek, very nice
  20. I have never driven anything with that stuff on it, people that I know that have it fitted tell me it takes some getting used to but once they are used to it they dont notice any difference , what ever that means ?? Paul
  21. There will be a bit of something floating around in the fuel tank Paul

  24. Do you have a link to were you saw this or the facebook page ??? Paul
  25. This style of rotating might be the go with a hand full or two of nuts and bolts and a few litres of diesel to loosen everything up The very worst thatwould happen is the tank ends up with lots of tiny holes in which case it was stuffed anyway Or maybe one of those fuel tank lining kits were it coats the inside of the tank to make it like a brand new tank, I have heard of some really good results with thos style of kits Paul
