    The ecoboost mileage is not good. For the complexity of the motors and expense of parts they're not worth it. The two we had would average 15 overall. We could get 23 on the highway, around town driving was around 11-13. We have one new 1/2 ton Chevy 4wd with the 5.3, overall so far is 17+ Highway driving is 23 city is 17. It feels almost as powerful as the Eco.

    If someone would sponsor the trip for me I'd be ecstatic to go there. I am just not sold on the coe's. I'd sure love to crawl all around them and meet people from the other side.

    Of course there's quotas. In the plants there's quotas too. And the attitude is now, when a worker reaches his/her quota they screw off for the remainder of the day. It's a big problem and it's not just there, it's that way in lots of industries. There's no people that wanna do anything "extra" or something that "isn't their job". The majority of millennials have no gumption, no drive, no work ethics and a BIG sense of entitlement.

    It's slowly declining. Productivity is terrible, some people's attitude is "I can't get fired", they're behind on fulfilling contracts and so on. Diversity isn't bad, as long as the person doesn't get hired just because of their ethnicity or sex. People should be hired for their skills.

    My wife works for Cummins. They spend tons of cash on diversity and trying to be politically correct. They hire a lot of different ethnicities of people....... regardless of their knowledge or experience. As you can imagine this causes a lot of frustration. And costs a lot of extra money.

    All of them I have seen are really nice. ABS and all of that is factory installed. The one guy I know had to get an engine replaced but otherwise everything is good. I think they're overpriced though.

    I looked at some Granite gliders a few years ago. They actually carried a Mack part number for the glider. A dealer had three of them groomed for vmacIII. Mack wanted your vin so they could associate with that certain truck for parts and emissions purpose. Otherwise you'd end up with what we call in Minnesota a "Manders special" Which is a Hodgepodge of parts built into a truck that is impossible to look up parts for. And it is also still illegal to put a motor in a vehicle that is older than the vehicle.

    Those switches are an add on option when you order a truck. The batt switch will be hot all the time and the other is hot only with key on. The wires are in the dash in the center of the dash. This way Mack figures people won't be splicing into factory harnesses.

    To far right because he wants to shove his ideals and beliefs down our throats. Before he decided to run for president he was one of these guys that wanted to ban sex toys, pornography, anti gay and so on. We have a Bill of Rights. That gives EVERYONE rights, now just certain people. A politicians main concern should be serving his country. Not making laws he thinks people should follow because he believes in it.
