  1. I think a different boat with a different crew will be in AC. They have two crews doing boat shows. I know Bruce and Mary will be in AC for the race in June, which I think is the week after Macungie. I am going to try to make it to the race in June.
  2. I think it's expensive because of the royalty's they pay the Gecko!!!!!
  3. Would this be the time?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M9XDcQNJe-A
  4. Is THIS the picture you wanted??????
  5. She is in there somewhere.
  6. My nephew and his wife just left my place after a 8 day visit in-between boat shows. Left New York city and on the way to Chicago for the next show. They do the shows in the winter with a show boat and then in the summer he tows the race boat. Oversized everywhere they go, 89' total length. W900, 500 Cat with a 18 speed. Boat has twin jet engines at 1850HP each. $118,000.00 paint job. If anyone goes to these shows, sometimes boat and RV's, say hi to Bruce and Mary. http://missgeicoracing.com/
  7. I was also looking at the jones hoods and everyone I talked to that had them said that there was no issues with the fit. I think the II's go for around $1,800.00. They only offer the II.
  8. What shape is the hood in and would you be interested in selling it?
  9. Did anyone on this site buy the 1988 E9 500 with an 18 speed included that was on ebay a few days ago. Someone got a great deal. I was looking at it but went to Ohio on another hunting trip and as the saying goes, You snooze, you loose. Started at $600 but I didn't see the buy it now price ($2,000.00) Only had 1 bid. I think that was the deal of the year. The heads where worth that alone. The think it was in Montana. Pictures showed it still in the truck so motor and trans came complete. The owner stated a liner was leaking so it needed to be rebuilt.
  10. Yes I know the owner very well, Mary Lou. But she is no longer married to him. I have no clue where he is now. Her son even changed his last name back to Larock. What is the name of the company that worked with valley seeding?
  11. Rogers 40 ton, ground bearing detachable, 20' well, wet line,(have pony motor that goes with it, don't know if it runs) new paint, new 2" oak deck, never had a machine on it, 4-22.5" tires at 90%, 4-20" tires at 20%, brakes at 75%, all LED lights, $14,000.00 570-436-1600 Mike
  12. When I put the 12 spd. in my superliner, I did the same set up. Mack pto, called my local mack dealer and he faxed me all the papers he had on the mack pto with air shift. That was a few years ago and I got everthing from mack. Air cylinder, brackets, hardware, etc. I may still have all the papers somewhere, will look when I get time.
  13. Do you mean when you push the pedal down, you can't get it into any gear? If so, sounds like the clutch is stuck to flywheel. Start the truck in gear and drive it around with the clutch pedal pushed in but not to the floor. Sometimes it takes a while, drive up and down hills if you can.
  14. If not the lift pump, check fuel lines for a leak, running in second, you may be running a higher RPM which is using more fuel but it does sound like a fuel problem.
  15. Archery opens next week (Oct.5) in Pa, 6 weeks here and than I head to Ohio for 8 days of archery, than back to Pa for rifle season for bear and deer. If I had to choose one weapon to hunt with, I'd pick the bow, Love that season, but would still keep my GUNS.
  16. Make sure when you set the valves, you rotate the motor over twice, had a guy sets valves once and he only rotated once and set the valves for two cylinders on one mark. Needless to say, it did not run too well, but it did run.
  17. Not long after I heard the one truck rolled, I saw it on the site for bigtrucksalvage.com, a site that they auction off savage. the truck was on there and let me tell you, it was TWISTED. Don't know who bought it but you can buy it back from the insurance company for the right price.
  18. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Other-Makes-B-57-Mack-1966-mack-b-57-dumptruck-/171085885351?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item27d5836fa7&vxp=mtr Saw this truck for sale, my question is did they change the interior color to tan before they changed to the R-model or did someone paint this one tan? Truck year is a 66, so close to when they went to the R. Also has a tan steering wheel but with a green horn button.
  19. 12 sp. in a superliner is not hard to pull the top cover because the cab sits higher. There is a vent in the one cylinder, air could leak out if the O-rings are bad. Not a hard job, just make sure you mark all the lines for easy installation.
  20. Was out over the weekend just on the back roads. 1989 FLRS with a 113 S&S.
  21. Yes, I thought the steering wheel was on the wrong side. Very nice.
  22. A friend of mine just had the same problem with his R-Model dump, He was on his way to my shop to pull the trans and I told him to hold the clutch pedal in while he was driving to my house, about 2 miles up hill, and half way to my shop it broke loose. I'm guessing because he was climbing a hill, it put enough pressure on the discs to brake them loose.
  23. He has a couple of trucks like that. His shop is on the back road between Mountain Grove and Mainville. Has a Bloomsburg address. I have been passing his place everyday, I'm doing work for my wives uncle in Danville and I take the back road from my house. The one that was there today was a single axle.
