  1. That's a really sweet truck you guys got. I've always liked the Rawhides. Ben
  2. Well if anybody was wondering, I also watched that episode of shipping wars last night too. And everbody involved with that show is a complete and total idiot. None of them have any idea of what they're doing and they get paid huge money to screw things up. And I can't stand how they dramatize everything. Plus did anybody else notice how much it cost for them to bring the wrecker out to load up the F model? Yea, $400. Think about that in real life. If you called that guy and asked him to load up that truck for you for $400 he would probably hang up the phone on you. And that's just one small detail that made me hate the show. But aside from the stupid show, I do think the truck is pretty neat and I'm interested to see the restoration. Ben
  3. Well I hope he reads all of our birthday wishes. Happy Birthday Uncle Rob Ben
  4. I had my shop robbed a few years back. We had an auction for my landlords downsizing and someone hid in the building until everyone left, and let their friend in. They stole the console, dash pad, intake, and carb from my 71 Monte Carlo that I've had since I was a kid, bucket seats and dash pad from a friends Chevelle, tons of tools, many miscellaneous small things, and a pallet of laminate flooring! They were neat and orderly, didn't damage anything other than filling my 396 with antifreeze when removing the intake. I figure that they were inside for hours as every drawer was rifled through, everything was handled. Cash bag was stolen but register was left unharmed. No luck from the police, insurance didn't cover any of the car stuff. Good luck finding out on your own. Tim
  5. Well I sent a link to a BMT thread to somebody one time and it just about ended that friendship......... Ben
  6. Well it must not be a Detroit because you can hear the radio just fine Ben
  7. I'm with you 100%. I would way rather see them go over there and do what they were made to do for a very long time than see them stay here and get parted out and scrapped. A Mack is a Mack and it's built to get stuff done, no matter where it is Ben
  8. Ahhh, ole Cousin Vinny. Always concerned about those that lean left Ben
  9. Vin, I never saw so many R and U models in one video. Those trucks are worked hard! Ben and I were wondering what those trucks smell like inside. Tim
  10. That first one is a really nice video. I like it. What program did you use to make it? Ben
  11. Glad to have you. I'm Ben, the son of Tim Jumper and together we are Jumperandson. We're the ones that are obsessed with all things Two-Stroke. Ben
  12. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, a beautiful truck with an even more beautiful engine. Doesn't get any better than that Ben
  13. OMG!!! That 12V53TT is freakin MEAN. That is one of the absolute baddest motors I have ever seen. I knew they made a few of them but I never saw one. That was absolutley sick. I sooooooooooooooo want one. Ben P.S. thanks a lot for posting that video
  14. Well there might be some dimensional limitations to that swap. But it does sound good on paper (and through straight pipes) Ben
  15. I am convinced that, in fact, that is a real girl that you really took the picture of! Keep up the good work, I always await your pics with bated breath. Tim
  16. Haha wow. But back on topic, I do have both the old Watt's Mack shirt with the red R 600 and the red B61 on it as well as the olive green Watts Truck Center one with the R700 with the 8V71 in it too. I also have the black WTCI shirt with the cool red superliner on it, that one looks sweet. And I have a Bigmacktrucks.com t shirt with a whole bunch of trucks on it too. Pics to come Ben
  17. Well when you think about it realistically, I would just say find something that's pretty close and just go with it. If its a little off, I really don't think anybody will notice/care. I know I certainly wouldn't give somebody a hard time about their interior paint haha. Ben
  18. Y'all ever see those "ghost" B and R model shirts? Well I'm gonna get one of them, but with a U model on it Ben
  19. Now listen here fellas, There is A Big confusion here. There are TWO "Detroit Green"s on this earth. If you talk about them, you should specify. Also, niether one is the same as the "Mack Green".Take a look: The "Old" Detroit Green: The "New" Detroit Green: And just for comparison, the official "Mack Green" Please take careful note of the differences. Ben
  20. Ben and I saw one in Greensburg last week and were enjoying the idea of the rear driver being at odds with the front one, you know, not doing what is expected, ect. Tim
  21. Indignant gasp! Not to be confused with indigent gasp, im not that broke. Check the thesaurus!
  22. Barry without a shirt? Just kidding! I went to Watts on Dec 24 for some last minute things and much to my chagrin, not open. So now Ben knows why he got a Cat hat and Volvo sweat shirt!!! You guys know Ben better that that, those items would be at the bottom of the latrine with the tags on them. Maybe we should break tradition and have a non Mack T shirt, 81 International maybe? Tim
  23. OD, WTF is that thing in the bottom pic? Looks like a really big cannon. I'll bet that steerable dolly is powered as well. I'll also bet the escorts have automatic weapons to keep the masses away from those kinds of turns, kinda like old guys at a construction site, can't stir them with a stick. What's the odds that the Penisbilt is two stroke Detroit powered?
