  1. Is a large percentage of those Macks doing oil field work? The Pinnacle cab has a few more inches between the seat backs and back wall than a Vision.
  2. Those videos raise another question. Why do people run away from Detroits?
  3. Me too.
  4. Since you were stopped at a light, I guess it's safe to assume you got the VIN off the crane truck.
  5. Your Dad is somewhat of a pioneer. Here's a couple of my favorites. The red one is from Moonfire and the blue and white is from The Rockford Files (I think). I googled the pics all by myself.
  6. We have MP7-395's in the Pinnacles at work that average in that same range, but our trucks do p&d during the day, which will kill the numbers. We haven't had as many engine related issues with the newer ones versus the few they bought in '08, at least at my terminal.
  7. Just read that, but I forgot who was asking recently about fuel mileage of the 505. 6.9 and 7.3 is pretty impressive under those conditions.
  8. Nice work, but I'm jealous. My sexing requires nothing more than a flag. I'm done in way less than 8 minutes, so no need to go up to line 2. Before I opened the picture, I thought Rollo was rollover. I thought that was a quite ambitious of you to log that, most drivers would have trouble finding a pen under those conditions.
  9. Are you sure that's not one of those toys that some drivers like to strap on the bed when empty?
  10. Very nice. Continue to take lots of pictures of your family and friends. We are fortunate to live in a day where photos can be preserved indefinitely without having to worry about fading or yellowing, and they will become invaluable as time goes on. We have so many photographs hanging on walls and in hallways and stairways of my house that I may never have to paint again. many of these were taken between the 1930's and 1980's and are all in great condition.
  11. I had a harrowing experience on that site, but reading these comments makes me want to go back.
  12. I like the way the old Detroits would start as soon as the starter came in contact with the flywheel, when warm that is. .He seems to be advertising 350 hp on the muffler guards, and without a turbo. Who knows, with proper tweaking, they might be able to get it to produce as much torque as a 237 hp Maxidyne!
  13. I'll check for it the next time I head up that way. This time of year there is still some light on my first trip north.
  14. Early U models had 2 bent sticks. It looked like a huge tarantula was living under the passenger seat.
  15. Happy Birthday, Ben!
  16. Dammit! Excellent.
  17. Check back in 10 years, he'll a big, wide grin.
  18. I ran 422 four times last night between I-79 and New Castle didn't see a B model. Friggin' Darkness! Welcome JTFormula!
  19. If you quickly glance at the writing on the photo, it looks like the guy's name is Wylie Coyote. Maybe that's a delivery truck for the ACME company.
  20. This is the first I'd heard of it. It took less than 30 seconds to end up in the toilet (or in this case, the tub.)
  21. He posted a lot of info that is new to me, but I think everyone will agree that Mack's best years were when Zenon Hansen was in charge. I don't see the negativity either. Kscarbel is using this thread for it's intended purpose.
  22. The yellow dress is actually Walmart's new employee uniform.
  23. My 3rd viewer was a somewhat obese naked man in a bathtub from Croatia and yes, he was touching himself. That site will not be added to my favorites.
  24. Nice pics. I found a favorite.
  25. Those 2 pics before the end give you good idea of what happened to the cab.
