I can handle bee stings, no problem, even hauled a load of honey bees from the west coast back to the midwest.

Wasp and hornets are a different matter. I get a severe allergic reaction to their venom. I don't know what is different between the species, but I DO know there is a difference.

On my last encounter with them they had a nest in the ground by the guy wire on the light pole.. Poured a good splash of gas in the hole and followed it with a lit farmer match.. WHOOSH!! NO MORE Yellow Jackets!!!
