Larry, I would have to consult with the "Snake Oil" salesman, Eddy Lucast, I am sure KBS has something to kill the surface rust???

First vehicle I bought in California was a 51 Chevy pickup off a minister in Inglewood real good hand truck was pretty clean but was painted with a brush also same color it actually looked pretty good painted the fenders black I wound up sanding it all down to the metal afterwards...bob
