  1. The 359 also came in a 113". The easiest way to tell the difference between a 359 and 379 is the air cleaner mounting. The 359 has the rubber hose exposed (like a R model). The 379 has the air cleaner mounted tight against the cab with no hose showing. The 389 has tear drop headlights.
  2. I have a good six speed two stick with a mack pto and a t2060 with a pto. Call anytime 919-932-3344.
  3. Where are you located? I may consider trading you a camelback for the air ride.
  4. Happy Birthday! Have good one even if it is an hour short.
  5. Bullet holes in the grill? Must be a Chicago thing.
  6. I believe John Pearson (BTM member 45LMSWM) works for Casey. He may shed some light on this subject.

  16. The Superliner II frame was also used in the CL. 600's used a 1/4" frame. 700's used a 3/8" frame. This frame was built to accommodate the E9. That's why you see it in those three trucks and not others.
  17. Did you sell it?
  18. Seems like they would have some counter weights on it.
  19. Don't plan on going to MATS. See you in Macungie.
  20. Ken, Look at the bright side. Your able to keep the farm and someone else has to do the work. More time you can spend with your Mom, MH, and other toys.
  21. Hard to beat a 7.3! Nice find.
  22. Coming back from Macungie last year with a pickup and trailer loaded with 10 tires and wheels and 2 sets of fenders. Pulled over by a State Trooper because I didn't have fenders on the trailer. When I said I see lowboys and log trailers without fenders all the time, his response was "I don't care how they do things in North Carolina, here you need fenders on your trailer". He noted the trailer was a 12,000# GVWR and I needed a Class A CDL (which I have). Then he then told me I needed reflective tape on the trailer and a brake away device. Since the truck and trailer were licensed in my company name and I was hauling commercial products he considered me to be a "Motor Carrier" and as such needed the name of my company on the door of the truck. Also as a "Motor Carrier" and he didn't "need a map to know that I was more than 100 miles from home", I needed a log book. That was a "$500 fine and an out of service". He told me to wait in my truck and he would get back to me. Twenty minutes later he came back with three tickets (name on the door, brake away device, and reflective tape) for a total of $263 and a "Have a safe trip". It didn't take long for me to figure out that he wrote the tickets that totaled close to the $300 pain threshold and what I would need to pay an attorney to represent me long distance. So I mailed my $263 donation to the State of Pennsylvania.
