  1. It is an A30H. It is not built on a fire truck chassis. The front mounted pump has been removed. Of course it has hydraulic brakes. If it had air I would be much more excited. I've been doing a lot of thinking about it. It is 26.5 feet long. Sure would take up a lot of room in the pole barn. I would have to put something out to put it in. Probably a 1970 R685 with a bad injector pump. Mike
  2. 1975 R685. The cab is pretty rusty. Only supposed to have 200,000 miles on the engine. It is not mine and it is for sale. Mike
  3. The Transtar is pretty high on my list too. I drove it to Indiana last year. 400 big cam Cummins with a double overdrive 13 speed. The green Superliner with the v8 is Underdog's. The the other Superliner is my father's as are a much of the other trucks. Thanks for posting the pictures, leversole.
  4. Did you see what you need on anything at my house? I can cut it off for you. Thanks for posting the pictures. The B615 looks great. I love the hard noses. Mike
  5. Congrats on the baby. Just mount a car seat in the bunk and you'll be good to go. I'm sure the little lady will go for that. Good Luck.
  6. It is always father's day weekend. This year it is Friday June 15 and Saturday June 16. I'll be taking trucks up on the 14 and taking them home on the 17. It would be nice if more people were around on Sunday because a lot of people show up looking for trucks. See you there. Mike
  7. I sent you a personal message. Please call me. Michael Yarnall 610 764 8283
  8. George, Go down to "More Reply Options"(right lower corner). Then go down to the left lower corner by the paper clip and and sected "Choose Files...". Pick the file you want and click on "open" or something like that. See you Saturday. Michael
  9. Ben, I agree with Thomas above, you should get new glass cut. It will be well worth it. I have several parts trucks, but I am on the other side of the state near Reading, PA. The bumper isn't any good and the motor is bad, but the fenders, grill guard and radiator shell are good. It has fixed shutters. The back of the cab has had some repairs. The bed is pretty rusty. We were asking for $1200 for the truck because it has a good scissors dump hoist on it. I would sell it for less without the doors and the hoist. Mike 610 764 8283
  10. George, I don't know anything about Seagraves, but congratulations. So you're rebuilding the Collingdale Reserve Fire Company. Now you have to restore the Ford. Are you and your Father coming to my house on Saturday? Michael
  11. Here is one of the Autocar's that Daryll Gushee bought at the L and H Auction in York PA. Neat truck, but it would cost a mint to restore. I don't remember the model or year.
  12. Great truck and even better wife. It really looks nice. It's hard to find that old of a truck with no rust. Mike
  13. That's the place. We moved the trailers and put a 2400 sq ft addition on last fall. I'll see you there. Gregg, I hope the car hauling business is going well. I didn't know you had a Superliner. Bring it on down. My dad will be excited to see it. So will I. Sorry Vinny, It's a reagular old R model cab, but good eye. Mike
  14. There was a big Autocar and White auction in Hanover, PA in November of 2010. Daryll Gushee bought a bunch of trucks there. I guess the trucking business is treating him well. He also had a long story on the ATHS forum about a three story chicken coup that he bought last year and is converting into a museum. It is a neat story. I read the whole thing in one night. I like to see his collection. It sounds amazing. Mike
  15. Great pictures. Keep them coming. Do you have any of old trucks? Welcome to the site. Mike
  16. You are welcome to bring your trucks. I don't think that may people are, but you are welcome to. There is not a ton of parking, but we will find somewhere to put them. Hope to see you there. Mike
  17. Thanks, I'm hoping for no rain since I will have to take some trucks out just so people can walk around in the building. Yes Vinnie, I'll be at Macungie. It is my favorite weekend of the year. That picture is from Macungie in 2009. We hope to get a couple other trucks licensed by then so we can have something different to take. Mike
  18. The Southeastern PA Chapter of ATCA is coming to my house March 31 to see the trucks my father and I have dragged home, We have a bunch of Macks, but also some Brand Xers. None that start with a P, but won't rule it out for the future. If anyone on here is interested you are welcome. I live just outside of Pottstown PA. My address is 1466 Manatawny Dr, Boyertown, PA, 19512. It is easy to get to. Go into Pottstown on 663/King St from PA Rt 100. Go to the next stop light at Manatawny St and turn left. My house is three miles out on the left. You can't miss the trucks. You can come any time after 1pm. Hope to see some of you there. Mike Yarnall 610 764 8283
  19. I can't save them all. I am going to cut up a B42s, a B85f chassis and a B61s frame. I would like to keep them, but the township has tagged them and i don't have anywhere to go with them. There isn't much good left on them.Mike
  20. We have to 10 gas job B's and they all have square steel step tanks. I would check the date on the tag and see if matches the year of manufacture of the truck. Mike
  21. I have a couple B model frames I am going to cut up. I can save you one. I might even have one one the shelf. Mike
  22. We have a B66 with a concave cab and one with a standard cab. It is just an option. I was using that as an example like single axle versus tandem axle. They don't have anything to do with the model. You could have gotten various models with various options. The model implies certain things like engine and hood length, but not number of axles or cab style. You could.put sleeper cab in with the cab options. They were not kept track of either. Certainly there are many people.on here who know a lot more about this than I do. If i had more.time I would go to the Mack museum and figure some.of these things out. It would be a fun rainy day project. Mike
  23. While Mack kept track of how many of each model was made they did not keep track of thing like number of axles and cab type. The only way to figure out how many single axle.B75's were made would be to go to the Mack museum and look at the built sheet or serial number for.each one. At least with axle number you could look at the serial number list and everyone with just a T suffix is a single axle(also lt). If you want to know how many B67's were built with a concave cab you have to look at every B67 build sheet. Very neat truck. I would love to have it. Value is a.little tough, but I would guess in the 5000-8000 range if it runs well. Maybe a little more.if someone really wanted it. Mike

    Good Dog:

I have no idea what you just said. Rob, I am a member of ATHS. I do realize that the sitting president will be the object of ridicule. I use this site as an excape from the troubles of the world. Macks, really any trucks, make me happy. Politics do not. And I had oatmeal for breakfast. Mike

    Good Dog:

It's crap. Don't download it. The problem with political and questionble material is when it is fresh it ends up at the top of the page. It doens't matter that it is the "odds and ends" section. Often it is easy to tell if it is something that I will not appreciate, but when is says "dog" I think Mack Bulldog. I look at this site because I like trucks not because I want to know what everyones' political views or fetishes. Not everyone on here is a Republican, but maybe that is the way you want it. I made one anti-Bush remark and I got marks against me. This is why ATHS does not allow political posts. Mike
