  1. Kent-Moore thinks it does, that's really relatively cheap compared to some of their tools. The barring socket fits the E7, E-Tech, and ASET engine flywheel housings, probably the E7G natural gas engine too, and can be used on some of the Caterpillar engines also. This should be what you need for your engine.
  2. That one fits a Midliner engine or an MP8.
  3. Engine barring socket. Kent Moore number is J38587-A
  4. 7MD3396 is supposed to be a bright finish steel strap for 13" air cleaner assembly circa 1987. From VIN 1M2N187Y5JW021921.
  5. Just don't try to un-stick the drum like they did on that Mythbuster show. Still can't believe da bums blew up a perfectly good Mack!
  6. "Just in time inventory" is a hoax. The only time I've ever had a part "just in time" was when it was ordered for another truck that hadn't shown up to have it installed yet.
  7. Which begs the question, did you throw a stone?
  8. The switches you refer to are auxiliary power switches. You can wire them to power added on items. The battery feed switch will have power at all times, as long as the battery is connected and the fuse is intact. The ignition feed switch will only supply power when the key is turned to the "run" position..
  9. If your coolant temperature is getting that high you need to get the cooling system flushed out ASAP. The VMAC system should shut down the engine at 227 degrees (assuming you have a VMAC engine), if it isn't shutting down you're running the risk of major engine damage.
  10. If you have hub piloted wheels you might check the pilot area on the hub. If the wheels were left loose at some point they could have worn the pilot on the hub which will cause the wheels to not be mounted concentrically to the hub/axle spindle.
  11. Does Daingerfield have a spur line? Speaking of which, where has Randy been?
  12. I got it to do what Rob is talking about using IE and switching to compatibility view. First screen shot is normal view, second is compatibility view.
  13. Those don't appear to meet the criteria put forth for "new".
  14. I vote for the Bull Moose Party!

    Sumbitch

A large jet plane crashed on a farm in the middle of rural Kentucky . Panic stricken, the local sheriff mobilized and descended on the farm in force. By the time they got there, the aircraft was totally destroyed with only a burned hull left smoldering in a tree line that bordered the farm. The sheriff and his men entered the smoking mess but could find no remains of anyone. They spotted the farmer plowing a field not too far away as if nothing had happened. They hurried over to the man's tractor. "Hank," the sheriff yelled, panting and out of breath. "Did you see this terrible accident happen?" "Yep. Sure did," the farmer mumbled unconcerned, cutting off the tractor's engine. "Do you realize that is Air Force One, the airplane of the President of the United States ?" "Yep." "Were there any survivors?" "Nope. They's all kilt straight out," the farmer answered. "I done buried them all myself. Took me most of the morning." "President Obama is dead?" the sheriff asked. "Well," the farmer grumbled, restarting his tractor. "He kept a-saying he wasn't... But you know how bad that sumbitch lies..."
  16. I was using the "Phantom" theme. Stainless is OK. Blue looks too much like volvo colors to me.
  17. Glad you made it out. Should've called Otherdog and told him to fire up the grill after the accident was cleaned up.
  18. Thanks for looking out for us Barry, you gets a well deserved point!
  19. Looks like you got the makin's of a moonshine still there.
  20. It's like being trapped in an M.C. Escher painting after being smacked in the head with a frying pan. Somethings I've noticed across both IE and Firefox: Can't tell when someone is online from looking at a previous post Can't jump to the last viewed post in a thread Avatar images are of inconsistent size Harder to navigate through the different options for your profile and in the forums Rep. options have changed User awards don't seem to appear I'm sure there are more things I noticed earlier that I've neglected. Give Barry some time, I'm sure this is an ongoing process, he'll get it straightened out. It might help to list other "problems" for him.
  21. Me too, I was always a fan of the RD800 series. Just plain fugly, how could you help lovin' 'em?
  22. I like unsolicited pictures of trucks, and those are some nice ones.
