I went on eBay and got an electric motor for $50 and I think I also got the shafts on eBay and went to Mack and got the arms. I think I had $250- 300 in it. I bought the kit from Watts for my Superliner for $750 at the time. If you check EBay you should be able to find all the pieces.

I had the pump rebuilt and turned up on my 250 and it might not be quite what my 350 was but I'm impressed with it.

In case anyone cares took the Mh cab to landfill and it weighed 2200 lbs. Less than I figured.

When I replaced all the lines I put fresh oil in and I wondered why it got black so quick. After I found the line that was kinked shut I figured it couldn't get oil and somehow was sucking it out of the compressor. Worked fine for a couple weeks and then started again. Thanks for info on filter. Filled with fresh oil and I'll try it out next week.

I never knew there was a filter in them. Replaced it today. It has a dipstick and yes the oil is black.

85 R model power steering was making oil. Changed pump with one off parts truck seemed ok for a couple days then the same thing. I found the one line was collapsed, it was just rubber hose so I replaced all lines and it was ok for about 3 weeks now it's making oil again and although it's not full it's pushing oil out of the reservoir. I figure it has to be sucking it out of compressor but don't know why. It's only about an inch over full so I don't know how it's coming out of reservoir and running down frame. Any ideas?

I also used it on my oil pan on my Ch and did everything the directions said and still blistered up. Winters around here are hard on things. -
Ran today and everything worked like it should.

Yours looks a little different than mine. The way mine is made you can't take it apart.

That's what I did. Definitely a difference. I don't mind the smoke but every time I started it I was blowing out a shovelful of soot.

I think it would only take one week if everyone parked them. No food, gas or anything else moving I don't think it would take long to get their attention. But it will never happen.

I've bought 2 sets. The ones I have now are ok the set I had on my other r model I had to bend them a little to get them to stay latched. -
I think I have it working now. I pulled it off and found someone had soldered the hole shut in the fitting that goes into the manifold and the end of the line going to the pump. So once I fixed that and hooked the line up right seems ok. Thanks for the help. I've never had one hooked up on any of my trucks so wasn't sure how it was supposed to go.

I have the one line hooked up wrong on mine. Will switch it tomorrow and see if it works, if it doesn't I will be interested in one. Thanks

I'll try switching it. There was a plug in that port and the line was there so I thought that's where it went. Thanks
