  1. Yup, 47 C would make blood boil! Everything's allright at my neighbourhood. Have -8 Celsias right now with 10 cm of snow on the ground. Usually in the central region winter temps keep around -1 - 15 with seldom dr(!!) and jumps up to +5 C. Northen regions and Eastern ones sometimes (a continental climate there) could show as cold as -40C and less sometimes. But that doesn't seem too extraordinar. I suppose you wouldn't await a rwally warm winter in Alaska)) Please forgive me my metric figures this time. Hope you can convert then for this only moment. I'm just a bit in a hurry at the moment, going to get off home.
  2. This is a Russian Orthodox high day, Epiphany. Russian church uses Grigorean calendar, so all the dates are moved 2 weeks apart from Western world. We have Christmas on the 7th of January for example. Yesterday lots of people, mostly those who are in trust (or just some ones drunk) did bathing in rivers and lakes. It's quite popular here, the Church said that all waters are holy this day. So no affect to health. On my untrusty mind such action could be done indeed but when you have your body prepaired by regular trainings. So that crazy getting into ice waters don't seem too nice for health on my mind. And I hadn't to but almost had such an idea in my mind))
  3. Jim, if not a big trouble (to pay attention) please do it yourself using the file. I just don't have an idea on how to. May try if it's really needed to be done by myself. Need some instructions to act though.
  4. Hey blokes, let me know, do you have now a summer or a winter??
  5. This makes better sence of a " pieced together truck "
  6. "Live nice as long as you can" Seriousely I'm almost for systematic research of an issue to choose the most correct clue. Nobody would argue it's better to have vision than to be blind. But dealing with medicine test results is difficult since they not always correlate with the truth. So basic "quick aid" by "public methods" could be applied. Sure if the things don't go really bad.
  7. Impressive!
  8. James, do you coordinate pre-orders?
  9. When I get that very early feeling I try to catch it as soon as possible with all possible possibilities. Usually if it's close to evening a small dose of Jamaica rum or Scotch product helps being drunk with a current portion of food. Also I use to keep a can of honey at my kitchen and add a fair amount of it into tea replacing current sugar. Also I make a cup of milk hot in a microwave stoove adding honey again and a small bit of butter. And drink it hot right before getting too bad to bed. Than if such "emergency" stuff don't work I get medicals. But I don't have troubles with blood pressure or other things which might restrict such actions. Hope that sudden desaster will pass you soon. Wish you a speedy recovery. And one important thing to remember. Don't try taking off the concrete off your head by any mechanical way!
  10. Love the Autocar!! And saying that I could repeat it for almost every other painting! Yes, I just surprized to myself, I don't dislike any of them even for a bit. Great drawings, made with perfect proportioning, lots of detailing and what is the most important they're kept in style. To glad to learn you could be back to the condition allowing to continue painting. I suppose this thing inself was a good reason and moral help for the recovery.
  11. Have a Great Day! Whoo-hoo!! Also we should remember our Polish friend who was building a Suprliner model. He hasn't show out for a while though. Happy Birthday Pawel!
  12. Haven't seen you for awhile on here. Hope you're allright and the stars get right position to light your ways.
  13. Upps.. Didn't know our losses are that much. Not exactly the hood lengthes but I suppose what Jim meant. B-Model_Cabs.pdf
  14. Neat looking little R. And very solid for the age. Congrats on the purchase!
  15. I suppose he didn't. Anything less than 40% grade doesn't work at those latitudes
  16. Yes guys, its whole one class above than just to put a tractor in a ditch in Poland That happened this past week indeed. The guy will too probably go to army jail. Too much of "sound" with that event to hide.
  17. Paul, Great pics! The road shots are my favorites. A lil while back i also had issue with posting images on here. Was surprized being allowwed to upload less and less sizes. Than later I checked out my personal page with settings anf found there "my attachments". Browsed them and found out some earlier files uploaded of a very large size. And many big ones too. Looks like BMT server limits your summery weight of publications. The easiest thing you can do is just delete pictures in old posts. I didn't like that idea since somebody might like to see any. So I edited posts with really heavy pics. Took them off and put resized ones instead. Not a really quick deal though, takes time and attention. But you can do it ocassionally when having time with no use and interweb access at the same time. When waiting for a load for example.
  18. The subscript on the pic looks like Russian name. So probably some aborigen with Russian roots
  19. The cracked weld is awesome
  20. When I was younger and when taking every one more car apart I used to say that a car should be made with only one big nut. In the center. You turn the nut loose and all the car falls into pieces at one time. Reading your thoughts on the matter of the shed design it makes me think a shed must be done the same way. Turn the only big nut and the job is done
  21. I think the best news is nobody heard of the oil trace through all Brown land Swishy mate, your washing machine seems like a tough working unit but I better like the original look.
  22. Nice pics Tom, as usual. Safe roads to you.
  23. No isuue with the pics. Better spend as much time for the project as you can
  24. Sounds like adventures you were more lucky if avoided. 90 ton gross is way out of my imagination. Any thing down the road here is restricted 40 metric ton.
