  1. Saw Linda a few years ago and the "girls" were still standing tall.
  2. Nothing if you keep the latest versions of Windows and IE. You can use another browser like Chrome or Mozilla. I don't like the other browsers so I will "live with IE" and being unable to quote or copy/paste.
  3. Likely new version of IE. I have the same problem on my new laptop. The desktop at the farm uses WIN7 and IE9....no issues. I have not tried downloading an earlier version of IE (pre 11).
  4. Are you using WIN 8.1 with IE 11?
  5. Paul, I am out of "likes" but I like it!
  6. Add MHs and fully nekkid wimmens to your list.
  7. Vlad, Great photo essay. Good luck with the DMM.
  8. Hey Paul....great to see you back here. I was concerned about you since I never heard from you at Carlisle. I thought the worst of you but never thought about your wife. Definitely sorry to hear about the wife but glad she is on the road to recovery. I never thought about Dementia and violence. Again, good to see your post and hope and pray for a full and speedy recovery for the wife.
  9. Foreign made parts?
  10. A heavy momma in the passenger seat??
  11. Doug, Thanks for posting. I already registered the MH but not sure if I will be able bring it (long story). Too many "irons in the fire" in September. I will definitely (Lord willing) have the MH at Gerhart's.
  12. Congratulations! Hope everyone is well.
  13. Mine is still the same (the second image).
  14. C-7 is the new version of the 3126.
  15. 3116 160-250 3126 175-300
  16. This picture was in the local paper - Morrison's Cove Herald, Thursday August 7, 2014 edition. I don't remember the Mack but I do remember the Chevy.
  17. If you use a good quality name brand lubricant, no need to top treat with additives.
  18. Agee. Not sure when GM quit making the C8500. Did the later models use CAT 3116 or 3126?
  19. Good point hat. I was "assuming" (I know - ass you me) that he had sufficient air pressure. If there is not enough air pressure the parking valves will "pop out" instead of staying "in". The valves need to stay "in" to release the brakes. I had an MH that after it sat for a few weeks or months would not release the brakes. I would "jack" around with the foot treadle and try to move the truck forward and backward and finally they would release. Seems the pads would stick to the drums. Be careful when trying to move the truck forward/backward, you could twist the driveshaft or break a u-joint/yoke.
  20. Sounds like your brakes are not releasing. Likely "frozen" from sitting.
  21. I am a MOPAR fan but don't care for today's muscle cars (Dodge, Chevy, nor Ford). Give me the late 60s and early 70s....cubic inches!
  22. JT...WTF? Run that one by me again....I think I missed sumtin.
  23. Saw this on the internet this morning. Another barn find in Nebraska. Not as impressive as the first one (new/low mileage vehicles) but interesting anyway. http://www.vanderbrinkauctions.com/auctions_details.php?detail=147&allimages=NO
  24. Most multi-functional Diesel fuel additive packages contain, in addition to lubricity, detergents, dispersants, oxidation stabilizers, corrosion inhibitors, and demulsifiers. Cetane improver and anti-gel are extras. I should have mentioned, the company I worked for also supplies additives to other fuel additive (both gasoline and Diesel) companies. Some companies have their own chemical formulators and buy components (such as those listed above) and make their own "cocktail". Some fuel additive companies will purchase a fully formulated package and just bottle/label the product.
