  1. They can have them ACERT Cats I'd rather put a 14.0 Liter 60 series Detroit under the hood of a Mack.
  2. That will work
  3. What's the mileage?
  4. He would run the thread through the Stud holes or bolt holes and basically loosely tie the gasket to whatever he was putting on ( Water pump, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, heads etc.) The thread doesn't hurt the gaskets and once you set whatever it may be in place it easily cuts the thread and he could easily pull the thread out and the gasket was set.
  5. You Guys talking about putting gaskets on brought back memories of my Grandpa. He worked on trucks back before he owned them and even after he owned them of course lol. He always used thin sewing thread to hold any type of gaskets on while setting them.
  6. For sure For sure
  7. CH is a Set back axle CHU is The set forward axle CHN looks almost just like a CHU to me but maybe the hood is shorter. Now as far a the tech side of it There's plenty of guys on here that can tell you all about that. Maybe Joey Mack or MackPro can elaborate for us.
  8. Yeah I didn't place in that Pride and Polish virtual truck show but to have The truck I drive for a living appear on a CAT Scale card is even better!!
  9. I received an email from The CAT Scale company and "The Green Hornet " has been chosen for the Super Trucks limited Edition Series twenty two!!! The Series will Feature 60 trucks. In addition to receiving the whole Set I will also receive 200 cards of My Truck to give out to whoever I want!!.
  10. Marmon was just like Studebaker all hand built and very nice.
  11. If there's one thing on my 2016 CHU613 Pinnacle I could change it would the steering shaft linkage set up. The plate it hooks to blocks convient access to the alternator and such. Also I would give the MP8 atleast 500horse out of the factory. Other than the DPF emissions junk I'm very happy 😊 with the truck overall.
  12. Yeah I've got this one painted the original Ford Blue. It's got a Edlebrock Aluminum intake with a Holley 650 4-Barrel. Factory Ford Manifolds etc. I'm thinkin 🤔 about doing a Rebuild on it. It Came factory in my Daddy's 79 Bronco Ranger XLT then was put into mine after I blew a piston ring in mine or something to that effect lol.
  13. I've got a Ford 400 V8 I've been contemplating on putting in a pulling machine of some sort
  14. If it lasted more than 4 hours report to the nearest hospital 😆 🤣 😂 😹. Or that should git your picture on the Cover of The Rollin' Stone 🤔 😉 🤣 😜 😀.
  15. It's just sad to see how society is going these days 😪. Anyone who believes That Joe Biden is really running this country and is not just a talking head/fall boy for a hidden agenda please stand on your head and spit out nickles. I'll be along later with my trick or treat pumpkin bucket to collect the nickles lol.
  16. There prolly was a manifold tucked under there somewhere and I do remember the big belt on it as well.
  17. Hmm I think I've heard and seen a setup like this in real life lol to steal electricity and keep the bill low lol not exactly the safest route to go but effective lol.
  18. That's awesome. I know my Vocational lab teacher did it with a blower from a DD and all he did was turn it a certain way and maybe a few other slight mods and it bolted right up.
  19. Hey ingenuity at its finest lol When you know you know 😉 😜
  20. Fun fact: A Blower from a DD will Infact bolt on to the top of a Chevrolet 350 V8
  21. I zoomed in the best I could it does infact look like the same design but it looks to have some sort of early suspension on it. From what I could find asking Google it looks to be a Fruehaf trailer.
  22. Oh yeah saving the environment till one of those propane trucks gits in an accident or springs a leak past the shutoff valve. Yeah I drove acouple of those they were Volvos. Kinda unnerving with 3 tanks right behind the cab in a box.
  23. Almost sounds to me like the power divider isn't engaging correctly. The dump truck I drove had a system on it that was better than the divider itself. It was almost like a Transfer case that was air activated and locked all axles together and allowed the truck to go through just about anything. I can't remember the name of it but it was a full locker system.
  24. Barry I love the new Set up. I think it's easier and more user friendly
