  1. I zoomed in the best I could it does infact look like the same design but it looks to have some sort of early suspension on it. From what I could find asking Google it looks to be a Fruehaf trailer.
  2. Oh yeah saving the environment till one of those propane trucks gits in an accident or springs a leak past the shutoff valve. Yeah I drove acouple of those they were Volvos. Kinda unnerving with 3 tanks right behind the cab in a box.
  3. Almost sounds to me like the power divider isn't engaging correctly. The dump truck I drove had a system on it that was better than the divider itself. It was almost like a Transfer case that was air activated and locked all axles together and allowed the truck to go through just about anything. I can't remember the name of it but it was a full locker system.
  4. Barry I love the new Set up. I think it's easier and more user friendly
  5. I look at it this way this MP8 is no throw away engine or is The Green Hornet a throw away truck either. I love my old 3406 and 4 1/4 Kitty Cats and my 14.0L 60 series Detroits and the older 60 series as well. In my years of driving I've driven alot of them. 855 BC Cummins is another favorite of mine especially with a 15spd overdrive behind it. But as far as new engines go I stand behind my MP8. Bout the only trouble we've had out of The Green Hornet is with the DPF system nothing really major motorwise and she's got 741,000 on her.
  6. MP8 with a 13spd is my favorite 😍 485hp set to cruise at 77mph. 300 plus inch wheel base Ooooooooh Yeeeeeeeaaaah Baaaaaaaby!!!! Walkin' The Dog
  7. Oh yeah because they still need them for the autonomous trucks if the system says it's too bad for autonomous driving lol 😆 🤣 😂 😜.
  8. Or How these Autonomous trucks keep thinning out the populations across the nation 🙄 Oh but we can make truck drivers obsolete lol. C'mon man!!!
  9. Check Facebook market place as well
  10. I owned a 1979 Ford Bronco Ranger XLT with a 400M big block Holley 4 Barrel 4wd with a C6 transmission. Thing weighed almost 3 tons And would do just about anything I needed it to. My Dad had one when I was younger and we did all kinds of things with it as well even hauled farm animals in the back a couple times. Can't beat them old trucks from back then.
  11. Oh yeah we've got some drivers at My company all I can do is shake my head lol. Bob that's a Tomatoe trailer they tip them up and empty them out the side thru little doors.
  12. Hahahaha I think i would've rather dealt with a Real Gator than a Rubber one Come on lol. I could've atleast convinced it to get outta my way instead of having to sit beside the highway waiting on my Mechanic for an hour or so.
  13. Can't see it but the gator slapped it pretty hard and bent some of the aluminum and now it has a slight loose-lean to it and it knocked out the power to the 3rd light
  14. Running Maters tonight. Gotta love runnin' Agricultural Exemption. Rolling great only to blow a tire on the truck an the gator messed up my pretty chrome mud flap bracket.....Sure do love being a Trucker 😆 🤣 😂
  15. Nothing Better than a beautiful truck with a Wet look lol.
  16. I eat, sleep, and breathe trucks especially the old iron. I mean I drove a 1993 Lincoln town car Signature series and when the Lincoln hood ornament got busted off I got replaced with a very old Mack bulldog I believe it actually went over the Radiator cap of an old Mack . It doesn't even say MACK across the collar like the newer ones do. I prolly even bleed Diesel fuel since it's been in my veins since I was able to know what a Big Rig was.
  17. If you can't find nobody in CT. I'd be interested in them.
  18. Oh I bet. Also had a buddy who while alil intoxicated got mad at a 5 speed he was trying to put in one of his Ford pickups. He slid it out from under the truck on the jack when it just decided to fall over. He then picked up said transmission and proceeded to throw it out the over head door of his shop.
  19. Yeah good thing is the tank was empty when it was stored in there. And haven't really had any mice issues in my Garage
  20. My Grandpa changed a transmission in a 1940 Ford Coupe in his garage without a Transmission jack and no creeper lol
  21. I always wanted to build a nice shed outside the house and get one of those Caterpillar or Detroit Generators and have it wired into the house just so I would be able to say "My house is Diesel powered when the power goes out" lol
  22. Mine just sits in the back of my garage with the hook up cord rolled up on top of it. I guess it's there of I ever need it lol
  23. I inherited a generator from My Grandpa that he got for free back when Ohio got hit by an ice storm. They were giving out vouchers for A free generator at our local Sam's club. My Grandpa just missed gittin a voucher when an old friend if his saw him and told him " Here have my voucher I've already got a generator at home". He had his electrician buddy Sparky come over an wire it into the house fuse box and we were able to power about half the house for up to 8 or 9 hrs on a tank of gas. Thank God I haven't had to use it since.
  24. I looked closely at the truck the other day and it is Infact an Alnye truck
