  1. Yes But I miss quoted which of My Grandpa's trucks he used it on. I believe it was on one of his Mack's.
  2. Yal talking about i-84 makes me glad I don't run up to Dover Plains,NY in New York State anymore during the winter
  3. The Green Hornet which has the MP8 at 445hp under the hood and a 13spd gets 5-6mpg. She used to get like 2-3 if that but after changing the egr it went up.
  4. I'm doing well haven't had a chance to do anymore digging into The Green Hornets history. Had a great Christmas went down to my mother in laws again for Christmas 🎄.
  5. Good deal. I'm not sure on the diameter of an older Mack steering wheel but I think the one on the truck now is 20-22 inches I believe
  6. I've been pondering a Way to make the Inside of "THE GREEN HORNET " Look like an old school Mack. We tried the old school thirteen speed shifter knob but it won't hook up to the 4 air supply lines on the tranny. So I was thinking of maybe getting a old Mack Steering wheel and seeing if it would fit. Any thoughts or suggestions if an old Steering wheel would fit would be greatly appreciated. Now remember She's a 2016 Mack CHU613 PINNACLE for reference
  7. Thanks Bob. I try. I can't stand a dirty truck especially with all this chrome hahaha. And yet we have guys at this company that hardly wash their trucks and laugh at me for polishing the chrome and aluminum on mine
  8. It's an addiction for me always has been even before I was old enough to drive. I'll drive till they tell me I can't do it no more and will stay with my current company.
  9. Boss told me that no chains were allowed on these loads since they are painted rebar and then told me that they would have someone else pull them from now on and I said good let someone else deal with it.
  10. Well it's been almost 6weeks since I've gotten THE GREEN HORNET back and been out on the road. So far no issues except improvements. Fuel mileage is now up in the 5-6mpg range and she has better pulling power. Unfortunately on Monday had a load shift on me in Richmond Virginia and had some rebar fall off the trailer. Thanks to a long wheelbase only one airline and the Tractor protection valve was busted. Then to make it interesting I was the victim of a hit and run hahahaha while I was stopped and surveying the load shift. But the week went great and now I've got her all dolled up with Polish.
  11. Alot of guys don't realize to is yeah you can legally haul 40,000lbs on a 10ft spread but you better not be over 20,000lbs on each axle.
