  1. The utters have holes... Therefore they are holy.... Just sayin'
  2. Ive had it for 15 years. Paid $750.00 USD for it. I had another one that I got for free.. I sold it to a freind..

  4. I forgot to ask... Is the book i sent you, correct for your engine ?? I hope so.. 🤞
  5. Scraping it is sad. Is there a trans rebuilder shop that will buy it ?? We need to keep the Old Iron running...
  6. Nate, i posted on "shop talk".. i have a machine that i beleive comes from your homeland..
  7. One thing i do is remove one of the plugs in the top of the water manifold, right behind the thermostat housing. The thermostat has a small bleeder, but i just pull the plug then put it back in a full turn or so with the ratchet extension still in it to let air out, then tighten by hand when coolant starts to leak out. Some other guys use a hand vacuum pump on the radiator to suck out the air..
  8. The warning is for low coolant, thats the one in the radiator tank.
  9. 🤔💪💪🍻
  10. Oh Hell Paul... Youre tough !!
  11. I'm glad you found the Humor in my last post.. 🍻
  12. Yeah.. I plowed our little road a cuple times when we had 6 inches fall. One of my neighbors complained because I left a win row in front of his house. That was the last ime I cleaned the road.. now when it snows and melts and re-freezes. the road has ice rails.. Oh well... I have a Toyota 4WD with big tires, I get around just fine.. 😁 and it only last 2-3 days..
  13. Bob, I as a young teen with a gear head mindset. I lived in Maine for 23 Years.. I learned a few things... Heres the blade I made for it years ago. I just used it to push my burning brush pile up into a hill to let it burn down. The cable is hooked to the mast. I can use the blade to back drag too.. Just sayin'
  14. Heres my work horse.. I made a 9' blade for it, and a basket to reach the roof gutters. and a few other pieces. I think My friends in Australia and the U.K. can appreciate it. It is a 1989 model, Mitsubishi Diesel.. works great. 5000# lift, 10' high.. I've had it 15 years. bought it for $750.00 USD. Jojo
  15. One outfit i worked for, i bought large blue woven plastic sheets and cut my own filters. They stopped large particles an didnt hold water that created a cake. I could pull it out, toss it on the floor, blow it out , and put it back.. all this under an hour... But... Why do I know ?? 😉
  16. Could be. Most of my Mack truck repair has been on ones that work in the dirt.. of course i am not as smart as i need to be..
  17. Thats why i asked him if he pryed duct open at the HVAC unit. No answer..
  18. Yeah,, quoting the Great Mowerman.... "Lets getter done" 👍
  19. The paint mark is not going to help you. The pulley spins freely with the A/C off... The clutch is electromagnetic..
  20. On the receiver dryer. The electric switch. It reads high and low pressure. It will affect compressor operation. But you said its pumping. What are the pressures when the A/C is on Maximum? Thats really needed for us to help you further. Also,,,, was too much PAG oil injected during the last repair? That can also affect refrigerant performance.
  21. 3? One is windage, and the other is elevation...
  22. External.. likely a Sanden pump. Have you looked at the binary switch on the receiver dryer? They can get loose at the plug and cause issues, similar to Freightliners of that era. Turn the A/C on and gently wiggle that plug.. see if the pump kicks on.
  23. So you pulled the plastic duct on the right side of the doghouse and peak inside at the core for dirt clogging the evap core ? It is a common issue.
