  1. Does the shop you use have the installer?
  2. You are supposed to heat the stone while heating the oven. It helps to have a pizza peel to slide it on the hot stone.. blah blah blah... but im right... 🍻
  3. Monaco tool and freedom racing have the tool.
  4. Here i go again.. I own the Proper seal installer. I have only done rear mains with the tool... freightrain... it matters.. does your friend have the installer ? I have a few different seal installers because i built other engines. Kinda sucks, because when i was building those engines I had to buy the right driver to make sure my quality was right.
  5. Thats sounds terrible... sorry Paul...
  6. From what I remember there are 2 different seals. 1 for seal only install, and one for the use of a wear ring. Somehow i cant say with 100% confidence since i dont have seals here to compare., sad, really, ive built dozens and cant remember
  7. £30k ONO - (NO VAT). I dont know what that means but it looks like a price. U.K. based
  8. I worked at a pizza joint chain in Maine that put cottage cheese in their lasgana.. it was different than what my people made, but it was really good.
  9. O.D. I was really surprised at how good the 🍕 was.. My Italian grand parents are rolling in their graves..
  10. I have a target that i made 25 years ago and to me they look like they are aimed right, when compared to my target, that is 400 miles away from there, 🙃

  15. I sent it... I think.... let me know
  16. All good
  17. Brocky... If i need too, i will email it. Just had my phone handy at this time...
  18. 2 cups cottage cheese.... 2 eggs.... 1 tsp of chopped garlic.... 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese. Whip it all together by hand with a wisk. Take a cookie pan and put parchment paper on it, rub it with olive oil. Pour the mix on the sheet pan and spread it out. My mods.... i used a whole 24 oz. Tub of cottage cheese, 1/3 cup of parmesan, 1 more egg, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. The extra shredded cheese made it a little greasy, so you can leave that out. You can see the herbs in the picture. Its oregano, basil, and crushed pepper. Bake at 400 for 30 -40 minutes. After 30 minutes you can lift a corner to look at the bottom to check doneness. We like it crisp. When you like what you see after 30 minutes , pull it, let it cool 15 minutes, then put the toppings on it. We went simple. Dont know how good a loaded pie will do.... then put it back in the 400 oven for up to 15 minutes. Pull it, let rest, then enjoy...
  19. It was delicious. The first time i had a crust that wasn't bread. Hell, i could have just ate the crust alone..
  20. Well as luck would have it.. My wife visits her sister today. 75 minute drive. When she gets out, her left front brake is smoking. She diagnosed it, stuck caliper.. brought it to her sisters mechanic. $145.00 out the door. But now i will be doing the other caliper, pads, rotors, and rubber hoses. Luckily, the ABS sensor and hub seals didnt melt.. I keep up on her trucks. She is precious cargo...
  21. Glad you are well. I just caught a bug yesterday, myself.. The truck looks great. Did you see that Nathan is selling his ?
  22. Well I went back to the top. I just realized the truck pictured is not youre truck. as far as ecm programming, 75% percent of my knowledge is gone. now what I have done is install bigger injectors and turbo, and if you have a restrictive exhaust manifold, (which I believe you do not have), you can put the E-Tech exh. manifold on it. otherwise, those 2 items will give it a kick. maybe use a wastegate turbo like whats on a series 60 Detroit, and plumb a boost line from the intake to the wastegate actuator.
  23. Me too. Sorry sir.
