    Was watching the trucker Freedom Parade on you tube. Not one Mack! Looked like a Paccar Parade. Wish them the best though.

    I think the last of the Macks at Roadway were R model Econodynes with Mack engines. Why didn't these catch on? Seems like it was all Whites and Volvos after that. Cummins engines were also available in the MHD, and the 6.9 Cummins is the only engine option for the new MD.

    E-7 400 seems like a good compromise between power and longevity. What is the torque on a 400 E7. 1500-1600?

    What options for HP increase are there? E7-400, E7-427, E7-454? Turbo and injectors I assume.🙂

    I often wonder why the MR isn't used more broadly in the construction industry such as mixer(non pumper), dump and even HD tractor. As stated they are easy to service and work on. This would apply to Autocar and Paccar as well. I have seen some older MR dumps (Galasio from East Granby)from time to time. We even have a twin steer White expeditor running around here in CT.🙂

    Bid now 1,655. 1 day 20 hours left. Frame looks clean, so may be the cab isn't bad being from Virgnia and all. So little info though. May not even have an engine or tranny.
