  1. A member of my local chapter (ATHS,ATCA) has come up with a 36X8 steel MACK front spoke wheel. It has DAYTON and MACK cast into it. It has decent hard rubber on it. Contact me if you have a need for it! Located in Louisville, KY and is heavy!

  3. What brand and model is your 5th wheel? Manufactures make different heights of legs for different applications. It may be cheaper and quicker to get a different set, plus you wouldn't have a liability factor.
  4. A few years back, I helped a friend change his "H" model from a muffler to a straight stack so we could sound like the "Macungie show". I didn't think about being the passenger in the truck, but realized the first time out that wasn't such a good idea. "What did you say"? or "Huh"
  5. Use the bolts to keep it from causing a problem when you take it off!
  6. Yep, too far away, but would be a neat truck to have!
  7. Is yours a T310M, and what kind of shape is it in?
  8. The correct terminology on the R cab is "Comfo-vision" cab, one of the best and most used cab in the trucking industry! What a ride that would be!
  9. Wow, what a work of art! The hours spent on it were well worth it!
  10. All good ideas and will check them out. I appreciate all the help. It doesn't take a lot of pressure to keep it going, just a lot of fuel!
  11. What is a good electric fuel Pump for a 707 gas burner, the one we have is a "Made In China" and you have to smack it sometimes with a rubber mallet to get it to work!
  12. What is the best electric fuel pump for gas on a 707 gas burner. We have an cheap "Made in China" and it don't always work unless you smack it with a rubber mallet!
  13. It is a top frame made out of angle iron to hold the battery's in place. It was held in place by threaded rod. When I had my "L" fire truck I mounted a heavy duty "Kill" (on-off) switch on the inside metal of Passenger seat next to drivers seat to turn off battery's when not in use. It also prevented people from turning switch's to on on the dash and run your battery's down. Also kept the siren quite. If people get in your truck they won't see it, unless they know it's there.
  14. Google the Wagner casting number and see if it shows anything
  15. I will have to get them tonight, i'm at work now
  16. You should have 3 mounting holes on the right side below the windshield post
  17. I have a reproduction mount for the Mack bell. They are extremely hard to find and this one has never been mounted or used
  18. Darn good deal! Will that be in the museum?
  19. Firenut, that is a good looking truck! I have used muratic acid to clean the inside when they stink and have old bad gas in them. There is a product called Evaporust that might work.
  20. If your talking about the main ring & pinion, they are only available as a set, #24kh11013. A used pinion only may not match the ring gear and might be difficult to set up.
