    looking for information on a co. called soilmovers mfg. based in columbus nebraska. they produced a wide range of pull behind and some self propelled earth movers . can`t find anything of much use on the net so i`ll put it out here maybe someone has heard of them .i do know that they were operating as late as 1980 . may have changed names or just faded away any way anyone with any info please let me know

    the pa turnpike started out as a two lane controlled access poured concrete toll road and has progressed over the years to what it is now. it was started in the 1940s

    my guess would be that there are still mlies and miles of poured concrete under the asphalt overlay vibratory rollers tend to shatter concrete

    they could be from some other source but they sure look like the tips i spoke of . as well as appearing hollow in the pics you say they are solid? not possibly battered shut from being batted around in the engine? i don`t have a cooler handy to compare but if that is what they are you would have noticed a slight drop in oil pressure cc
