  1. Well big changes are a foot for my life Princess reckons, and has for some years now that she is over septic tanks, pressure pumps, relying on rain water, cranky animals, peace and quite and has politely suggested with more reoccurring vigour that she wants a house in town So like many well trained men of the world I finally did as I was told and bought a old house in town Settlement was last Friday I'm in for a different life now, a life of no more nudy runs thats for sure 🤪 The real estate agent photo is a bit flasher than mine Hello town life, lucky it is a small town of a few thousand and not few million Paul
  2. I spotted the bed but not the occupant Miss Molly is not overly impressed with the cone of shame she has to wear at night However she is full of beans and ready to take on the world if she had half a chance Paul
  3. Do you eventually get it to run or this is all you get 30 seconds of running Paul
  4. Someone is keen for work and someone else is keen for sleep In fact the sleepy pooch is so buggerd after a big day it couldn't make it to the bed not more than 15 feet away It truely is a hard life 🥱 Paul
  5. All is well then, glad you got a good result Paul
  6. Interesting what we all call things Elephant ears to me are the rubber isolators The outboard trunion stand is known by most as a "claw" type of trunion stand, in Australia at least and only by the small part of the people I know But yes green or blue would be my thoughts as well I would believe it only needs to be jacked until the weight comes off the trunion, the tyres should still be on the ground I would expect, once the tyre walls start to stand straight up and down with out a bulge I reckon that would take enough weight off Paul
  7. Disconnecting the puff limiter makes no difference to power once boost is established So the only difference is on initial take off, once your rolling and making boost all is good and there's only a slight puff between shifts with or without the puff limiter working Most times that a big difference is felt when the puff limiter is disconnected it is because it wasn't working right There's a lot of myths and bullshit spoken about these If you disconnect them all you do is wash the oil off the bores and pistons, shorten the life of your motor and upset Greta Thornburg If they are set up right and working correctly there is no difference at all once your moving Also to add to the bullshit pile, these only have an effect in some gears, these arent your highway gears These were a well thought out bit of gear that did the job Paul
  8. I reckon it is in a lot of knock shops 😂 Paul
  9. Well my faithful side kick had a falling from grace the two nights ago Miss Molly the border collie had a altercation with god only knows what, but it sorted her out good and propper All I know is there was a hell of a commotion at 1.00 am Anyway she was cut down down to the bone and was a little shaken in the morning Must of been a cut a couple of inches long Off to the vets to get patched up 11 stitches later and she is looking very different with her hair cut Anyway, the Princess isn't to impressed with Molly's new look (lucky she hasn't seen the vet bill) and Molly isnt to impressed with having to ware a bucket on here head So Captain Cone Head aka Miss Molly has lost here good looks for a few weeks Still buggered if I know what happened and Molly isnt forthcoming with any details Paul
  10. Try Bergstrom brand of roof top AC, they look pretty https://truckerac.com/50-9720.html Maybe of some help as well Paul
  11. Well better to discover this now than later And you got to have lunch with your brother so thats a bonus Paul

  13. Looks like a bit of liner to me I hope Im wrong Paul
  14. I think that value for money in Australia at least White and Louisville were unbeatable in long distance interstate type of trucks You got the tough and proven American drive line, you got it quick and at a good price Mack there was and still is a long wait as is Kenworth And I also think the likes of White were really keen to fill order books and as such did good deals The cabs on both weren't as good as Mack or Kenworth and we can tell that by just how many didn't survive compared to Mack and Kenworth, Kenworth cabs appear to of survived a lot better than Mack International sold well but with all the drama of IH in America I think made a lot of customers nervous Paul
  15. You know if the cab was good and not butchered it would fetch that just for the cab in Australia Im not knocking it but the proportions aren't to my liking I doubt that even if I lived next door to it I would buy it, not my cup of tea Paul
  16. Im of no help here, any further details to what you actually have, as in size and what that us a photo of ? Looks a bit like the trunion stand that bolts to the outside of the chassis rail but I dunno from that photo Take a step or two back and get a bit more in the picture so we at least know the type of suspension you have Paul
  17. Nothing for me to add except it gave me a chuckle Paul
  18. Heck Im gunna put them on the big screen and watch them while having breaky Hmmmm bacon Paul
  19. Whites were big in Australia and the RoadBoss was at a guess the most popular of it's time in that size truck, maybe Louisville was more popular but it was either one of those two Some evening entertainment from Australia for you all over in Yanky land And it's even almost on topic 🦘🦘 Paul
  20. Well I can report back, it translates perfectly TV was once this style in Australia but all the reality TV these day is garbage And the news just isnt news at all Simple shows when we could lauph at our selves and not get offended by every little thing Anyway back to the show, yes a pickup or ute as we once called them out here really does wear it's battle scars proudly Housemoving has always amazed me, dunno why, but it has I'm gunna watch some more I'm embarrassed to say that I had to look up were Nebraska is as I had no idea, I'm guessing parts of it must get snow but really don't know Thanks for sharing, loved it and it gave me chuckle in a good way Paul
  21. That's gunna be todays entertainment for me I'll report back on how it translates to Australian 😄 Paul
  22. Joey Darrell Lea make all that good gear that isnt really that goos for us according to the doctor's Rocky Road of theirs would be onebof my favorites or is it, oh never mind, when it comes to stuff like that it's hard for me to not like any of it Paul
  23. MACK 321 you really need to disassemble the whole shooting match and go thru it from front to back If you dont know were everything is at you need to start at the start so you actually know all is okay with each component that makes up the braking system other wise your just guessing like us what is right and wrong And am I'm trying my hardest to not come across as rude and been a smart ass, I am genuinely trying to help and explain what I would do Paul
