Snowing here now...i've heard we're gonna get anywhere from 14 to 28 inches supposed to snow all day and all night I got home about 10:30 last night and went by Wal-Mart on the way home because the weather channel said it was going to start early this morning and get real crappy real fast...apparently after midnight is when most of the "people of Wal-Mart" pictures are taken. Store was full of strange looking characters-including me. But at least I wasn't wearing pajamas like some of them were. I had to abandon my beer at the register because it was after midnight, but i've already made a beer run this morning I think we should get a bus and start off up north, pick everybody up along the way, and drop in to see hatcity for a few days.

yep, you pretty much have to because more often than not they just apply the "big truck rule", which is "any time there's an accident involving a big truck the truck is automaticly at fault, regardless of the circumstances".

probly not a snow shovel to be found around these parts. Or a sled- and I hope he doesn't read this, he'd be terribly offended.

I was just trying to help Rob out...maybe this will make it all better. I must say, it sure improves the looks of a Peterbilt. It would look even better if Rob painted it all the same color.

here's the driveway, before, during, and after shoveling. Not even with a snow shovel, just a long handled square point steel shovel. 'Bout wore myself out, now i'm sweating like a pig. And my "helper wasn't much help at all.

A nephew of mine got one of those mini excavators a few years ago and had all the weekend work he could handle. He worked a regular job too and somebody wanted him to dig something all the time.

now there's so many coyotes some counties around here (in Virginia!) were paying a bounty for dead coyotes. Don't know if they still are because all you hear now is budget cuts, but they used to. Until a few years ago the only coyote I saw was on roadrunner cartoons.

Well, things seemed to be picking up a little bit but i've been home more than I want to be because of the weather, and the shootings in Appomattox. I left on Monday a few weeks ago going to Huntington,W.V. and South Shore, Ohio and didn't get back until Wednesday because of the heavy snow in W.V. Now there's more on the way,which you're probably getting now.

This one is in Australia. It is indeed pretty neat, but I don't do any mobile grilling, it's all in the back yard. Besides, my Ranger probably wouldn't pull anything bigger than a Radio Flyer.

...would you make me one of these in your spare time, whenever you're not busy working on your trucks, or at the body shop, or for the the FAA, NASA, or NCAA. Doesn't have to be a classic Fairlane, just whatever's sitting around. No rush, but i'd like to have it before summer. I hope I win the mega millions so I can quit and won't have to deal with the bullshit anymore, but we all know that's not likely to happen. Maybe they should take some of our money Obama's throwing away and use it to have a federal agent ride with everybody to make sure they comply with all rules and regulations. If they didn't comply they would be shot in the head and left in the ditch, then the agent could call H.Q. and say "this one didn't cut it,send us another one". Shouldn't make light of it I guess, it might come to that.

I know what you mean. I pay about 3 times as much in proprty taxes since I moved from Appomattox to Campbell county, and have half as much land. They asessed my property at twice what I paid for it, and now I gotta pay property tax on the mixer too. In Appomattox an antique vehicle was exempt.
