I had an extended warranty on my Wife's Ford and brought it to the dealer for a defroster issue. I told them the door that lets in fresh air was stuck closed and all air through the system was recirculated. They said no, that's not it. I paid the deductible for a friggin' thermostat and only went about 2 blocks before I noticed the problem wasn't fixed. Took it back and told them to try again on the same work order. Still wasn't fixed. Took it to another dealer who fixed what I said was the problem and it's worked fine ever since. Didn't have to pay for that either. My point?....uh....oh yeah, my point is you shouldn't have to pay another deductible for the same issue in such a short period of time. I had to call corporate customer service to have the deductible waived.

I've seen in one location, outside of a truck show. I like the Silver Eagle bus. I think the round headlights would date it to the '70s or early '80s (??)

Any other letters, i.e. ENDT, E6 or EM6? The reason I ask is that the factory engine on a 611 should not be lugged down that far. The fact that it has a 6 speed is why I thought the engine was changed. An EM-250L can be lugged a little lower than an EM6-250 but I don't remember the specifics.

There was a company named Connecticut Limousine that I believe had some Chevy/GMC Suburban stretch limos at one time. I'm pretty sure they also had Mopars, possibly Chrysler Newports. Long Island Airport Limousine Service had several stretched Checkers running around the NYC area highways years ago. I couldn't find an LIALS pic but here's an example form Wiki.
