  1. Hmmm....damn keyboard must be stuck. You're welcome. Don't be a stranger.
  2. As soon as I get some ambition, I'm gonna stand up, walk 2 steps to the bed behind me, and sleep until dinner time.
  3. Ahhh, the POS series. A good motor but not as powerful as the NFG series which reduced trip times to two forevers.
  4. You need a more economical engine. A Detroit Diesel 6-71TT "Fuel Squeezer" comes to mind.
  5. I'm hoping what she said was "Can I offer you a Freightliner?", but I'm thinking that wasn't it. My Daughter showed me the fox video a few weeks a go and it got old fast, but they also have a Honda video that's pretty funny.
  6. Cool Video. The trucks and the 'Cuda look great and so does Ms Bradshaw. She must get her looks from her Mom.
  7. Yep. The Sterling I drive has a red light on the switch for the suspension and an amber light on the PDL. Forgetting is never an issue. Yep. I drove an '11 Pinnacle last night. The suspension switch has no alarm, but the beeping while the PDL is engaged sounds an awful lot like a city horn.
  8. Welcome!
  9. I wonder how he would do with 2 sticks. Cool video but there's something that's just not right about a Detroit in a B model. To make matters worse, it's a 6-71 in a B-615!
  10. The car looks good, just needs some paint.
  11. Excellent info and history, gentlemen. Thanks for sharing.
  12. I get confused with the Visions and Pinnacles as to which does what as I don't drive a Mack everyday, but I'm pretty sure with one of them I've had to listen to a steady tone while pulling out from under a trailer.
  13. The seller is evil and must be stopped!
  14. Our Visions have a steady annoying tone but the beeping on the Pinnacles is worse, IMO. As I recall, the Visions also have lights on the dash but the Pinnacles have nothing. The truck speed is limited if you try to run with either the bags dropped or PDL engaged.
  15. Welcome aboard. I have a silly question but what the heck- Are you sure it's the horn? Our newer Pinnacles have an obnoxiously loud beep when the divider is engaged to prevent the driver from forgetting to unlock it.
  16. Nice article. The fact that the author has "walked the walk" is a plus. I remember when several of Overdrive's writers took their CDL road tests together in Pete 387's, with Autoshifts of course.
  17. Better an inflamed motor than an inflamed rear end.
  18. Happy Birthday! I remember when I turned 25.....nah, just kidding.
  19. Click if you dare: http://www.ebay.com/itm/hauler-/200976975293?forcerrptr=true&hash=item2ecb2945bd&item=200976975293&pt=Commercial_Trucks
  20. Congratulations and Happy Anniversary!
  21. Nice. I like the detailed info. This is as good a time as any to repost this brochure: http://public.fotki.com/modeltrucks25thscale/truck_brochures/mack/mack_ultraliner/
  22. Beautifuil truck. It's a shame the MH didn't have a longer production run.
