    In June of 1967 I took my NYS class 1 drivers road test on a 1953 Brockway 154.. Flat head Continental, 5 speed and air 2 speed. Started at City Hall in the heart of downtown Syracuse!!

    BullHeaded: What is going on in your pictures??? Looks like snow being trucked in from City streets and then blown up into a storage pile??? If so it will take that pile until August to melt!!

    I think the story on the short nosed 900 Longhorn is that it was a prototype that ended up doing service at the proving grounds for many years. Chrysler sent it to Tony Youngblood in Augusta GA to be restored as Tony had several NOS cabs. When Fiat took over the project was sh**t canned and Tony was able to purchase the truck and finished the restoration. Did not know until now he had it up for sale??

    Not only the Mack Museum but the America on Wheels museum in downtown Allentown. Everything from 1890 horses up thru the modern high dollar sports cars. It has many Mack trucks and cutaway parts. The 1910 Brockway owned by Mack.. One room showing a start to finish restoration.. I think there was some Andretti money involved in getting it started???

    To add to what Paul, 41 Chevy, said the Mystic Seaport near the Groton Sub museum on I-95 is a complete late 1800's whaling village with big sailing ships. And if you get on up into Maine there is the Erv Bickford Collection in Yarmouth.. Part of it is open 24/7 in the city park and the main display, restoration shop and storage yard is open with a phone call.. Right now I do not know if the late Daryl Gushee's New Glouster ME collection / facilities are open. A phone call would not hurt..

    Tom, It was great running into the "Redhead"!!! My surprise of the Day!! Complete with a big HUG!! She is definitely a keeper!!! Vlad, the man who hosts the show is an IH / Farmall farm equipment collector and has a small ranch with the herd of buffalo up near his house.. I think they were photographed as much as some of the equipment in the show.. I will post some more pictures in a couple of days after I get my camera downloaded..
