Anybody know anything about the fleet of F models in the weeds along rt 22 between Huntington and Mt union Pa? Farmer and I have talked about them a few times but don't really have any info.

These are pics of joes A model. It has a 510 Mack diesel a mono-shift duplex and 22 inch rubber. It is an A51t ordered and delivered to the autocar factory new in 1950.

They don't make those bars like they used to. I've still got mine from my john Deere hauling days.

Don't know what your hauling but the m drive works great for freight/ flatbed but if you do tanker work it's a big no-no. My co tested one last summer and the m drive just didn't do the job.

So I'm heading to dubois pa with a load of butter cream when pow left front steer tire blows. And of all places along rt350 above Tyrone pa. No berm to speak of so dead in the water in the middle of the road. So I call the shop and tell them what's going on and they say ok on our way. Figure about 1.75 hrs. This was at 11:30. Big boss calls and says he's sending sts tire they can get here quicker. 2:15 in the afternoon I'm still waiting. Boss calls me says are you moving yet I say no tire guy hadn't shown up yet. But their coming from Altoona he says. I said you called Altoona but they dispatched the guy from Milton pa. Told the boss he should've left our guys do what they get paid to do and come out themselves. Now I'm probably not gonna be able to get unloaded today which pisses me off because of people not keeping their nose out of situations that are already being handled.this after sitting nearly 14 hours yesterday to get a load unloaded because a co-worker stole my appointment time. Sorry for the rant.

The fire co I belonged to years ago had a c model ford for their boro truck. Had a bean body and a 390 gas job that ran so rich they were changing plugs in it every couple if months. They never could get the carb adjusted right. They sold it sometime after I dropped my membership and bought their first enclosed cab truck. A pirsch I believe.

Well I guess my week might get salvaged somewhat. Load of buttermilk from laurel md to Decatur Alabama. Still not the greatest finish but better than what I have up to this point.

With it being so cold, milk production is down which slows down the production of finished product(cream, buttermilk, skim condensed) which are the three products I haul. Sitting at home two days in a row is making me a bit stir crazy although it's been nice to get caught up on a few things and spend time with momma since she works from home. Still antsy because I wNt to be out there making money. Guess I should enjoy the extra down time because when the weather breaks I'll be making all kinds of hay.

Mark that was a fedex truck at exit 29(miniskirt junction) I passed that going north about 10 minutes after it happened. Driver was ok.

No clue joe you got that right! Went to penn maid in Philly one evening with a load of butter cream. Told the receiver power steering took shit on the 9400 ih I was driving so could she get the yard jockey to put the trailer in the bay as it's a blind side back up around the corner. She said no. I said would you like this cream in the silo or on your lot? She got the jockey to put it in the bay lol
