After reading this I looked over my business law class research, he is being difficult and BMT has every right to post the picture because the thread meets all of the classifications for its use. The post was for comments, teaching and research. No alterations were made to the photo or copyright, was for non commercial use and the photos value is not diminished by its use. Section 107 of the Copyright Act states that:"the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright. garmin, got one in 2002 and have used all around the world, and they have free updates and stuff, is accurate to about 5-10 ft depending on satellites have had it dead on to. Used it a lot in Iraq to mark check points and routes and such, also used it in Michigan to tell when the best fishing time was, used it on several diffrent propertys to locate the pins and marked a few honey holes but wife moves around too much

Had a 59 JD 440 with a 2/53 DD better shape when I sold it then bought it, was fun little dozer, wish I still had it sometimes. I have to implement rule 567a.01 sometimes at my house, which states if you cant/dont use it let some else enjoy it, that rule keeps the wife and the neighbors happy, and me the oppurtunity get someting else.

stay 2.5 inch, also just get a couple 90s and flair tips and exit beside the tire, not much $ and will look good, even on an off brand Ford (had to throw that in there )
