For the tough one, take one of the other rims, wire brush it and put it gutter side up, put the trouble maker gutter side down on top of the cleaned rim, and work the tire off, down to the clean rim and out of the trouble maker rim. then slide off the cleaned rim.

Well, thanks for that, but I can’t even get it to break at all. I’m going to try to run it over with my pick up in the morning after I shoot some more dish soap in there I can’t get it to move the other four came right down and thank you for the hot tip of the dish soap I think that was you… I plan to run them over with the Mack but right now it’s not running. I have to use a back up plan a beating that bead  and soaping it it’s not moving

Thanks for that Paul I’ll be out there messing with it in a few hours running over the bead with my pick up should loosen it. I’ve done it with car tires before. I’m sure it’ll work more excited about that power steering box finally cooperating.

If you are still struggling and with no result I know of a way that works really well and it doesn't involve burning the tyre off

But the tyre is no good for anything afterwards

A Stanley knife and a good blade

Just cut the wall off, I have done this before, yes it does work

I cut closer to the tread side first

Then once the tread is off

Cut the tube and rust band off

Then with whats left cut the wall down near the rim off

Now there's only the bead left

Rim and the remaining tyre are on a bench while I do this bit

With a wire wheel on your angle grinder, start on the inside of bead

The wire thats in the band appears quick enough, cold chisel or angle cutting disc and cut the bead

The remaind of the tyre drop pretty shortly after that

I have needed this on crappy old farm gear thats been sitting full with water and mud and crap and the rims rusted and expanded

I'm sure all you muscle men don't have to go the limp dick way like this, but for me, well needs must occasionally

Also a true tire hammer would do better than a grub-hoe, thicker in the duck-bill end.

if i thought i was going to be using one occasionally ,,,i would buy one,,but im sure this will be it since i got all new rubber now,,,,still have to mount 2 more on rims i havent done yet,,,bob
