Just curious, what was the fate of the instructor ?  I'm guessing it didn't end well for him.

no it did not. motion detector alarm went off when he went through the roof. fire dept found pieces of him on roof, and then through the pallet racks down to the floor.

If it runs it stumbles really bad.. I hope it stripped the cam gear.  The owner(my brother in-law) was racing a crotch rocket and lost the race and the engine.. he did all this after I did some tuning for him.  Its a 2 owner truck, now 3.....

You've got to be careful out there. You know how Zina's dad cracked his femur? He got the shovel out of his garage- that's what he was doing behind the car in the picture I posted- to dig up a little bit of some kind of grass he's got in his yard for Zina. She had already told him "no" several times, didn't want it, didn't need it, leave the shovel alone, but no, he tried to dig up a little bit out by the curb. The ground was a lot harder than he was expecting and when he put his foot on the shovel he lost his balance and fell on the sidewalk.

When I was a kid I was standing on top of a 5 gallon bucket in the tobacco field and the bucket tipped over and I broke my arm.

When I fell in the back yard a few years ago I tripped over the stew pot stand in the back yard. The stand had been right there, in that same spot, for years and I tripped over it.

guess I'm still in the dumb shit category ; my right hand looks like your forehead; why you ask !! for future advice ++DON'T  hold a grass trimmer ( running ) in left hand while attempting to pull stubborn vines wound in a tree with right hand. I was fearful of removing the glove. that's yesterday ; swelling down quite a bit today. that string (95) does a number,

Yes Paul we have a pristine '81 C-10 on consignment at a classic car dealership.  It is my wifes truck left to her by her father. The one I just traded for was also her fathers truck.  I will be keeping this one.. as far as bikes, i have 3 more. And my favorite is my Sportster. I ride that one proudly, and its fun to ride.. Im 56... I dont ride anywhere close to what i used to do.    So a kick A$$ C-10 suits me just fine..

the bike is nice but the C-10 is nicer and possibly safer.

True that, I used to have a 1000 Kawasaki. Sold it and bought an F100. The guy who bought the bike was nearly killed on it just a few weeks later a couple of miles from where I lived. Totally not his fault, a guy in a pickup coming the opposite way turned left right in front of him and he hit the pickup.

The engine is factory accept for the intake and carb that i put on it 7 years ago.  I actually have the original 4bbl intake.  And a rebuilt quadrajet.  I may just put it back on . If i do have to rebuild it, i will bump the cam up a notch or 2, but thats it.  I put a .49 thumper in my 1 tons 400, and it was too much for that truck. Of course i didnt get steam holes put into the heads, so it ran hot. I put the 350 back in that one..
