Most likely more than a single brand of paint too, which would make for a slight difference in what is considered the same color . Comments? h67st Posted July 7, 2022 Share Posted July 7, 2022 It's been said on BMT that Mack bought so many gallons (prolly in drums) of green paint and if a guy didn't mix it as well as another guy, that would affect the color. Seems it came back as a Volvo code at the time. That little pint can is long gone now. I think the bottom line is if it’s what you like and is within your budget, then go for it. It’s your truck and efforts, make it how you want it and enjoy it. Even then I noticed that there were variations in the interior colors. And, these were original trucks at the time, not re-painted ones.
