Popular Post mowerman Posted March 8, 2022 Popular Post Share Posted March 8, 2022 ive posted this before but like to work with small engines rewarding cheap hobby.i have a go kart,mini bike, lawn tractor,golf cart,and around 12 lawn mowers and around 7 engines most of them were donations from friends that gave me thier broken ones since they know i like to mess with them.sometimes i fix them and sell them most times i fix them and keep them...i have so many running mowers that some summers i use a differant one everytime i mow my lawn ....also have a beautiful lawn,,,my CB handle is hollywood....thats a whole other boring old guy story..lol.bob 4 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Where some folks refer to something as a "gizmo" or a "doodad", I use "weasel". I also tend to "weasel around". Just an all-around useful word! But, the origin of DCW is from the 1965 Del Reeves song, "Girl on the Billboard", in which Del refers to himself as a "double clutchin' weasel". Very valuable service. i cut back in 95, and closed shop in 2000. i was paying my drivers $25 per hour, and the truck "was theirs" i paid for everything, but they took it home and kept it clean. when rates dropped down to $30 per hour for truck, i said enough and sold the trucks to the drivers if they wanted them. i still do an occasional move for friends when they need it. all but 1 of my 7 trucks are still on the road. the first 89 was killed 4 years ago when a large oak tree fell on the cab crushing it. when it was pulled apart we found the trans case cracked, and the frame bent. with a little over 600,000 miles on it, Pete decided to let it go and parted it out.
