Hi Bob,  Clicked the pic at Barrington 5 or 6 years ago.  Interesting that the 67 SD did not share the same sheet metal as this 67 F700.  Holdover?

The F850 Super Duty got the new cab in 1970 model year.

I had a 64 F100 292 4 speed  it was one of my favorite vehicles I was sorry I got rid of it afterwards it only had 78,000 miles on it in 1999 when I sold it Bob
