It's draft beer in those little 8oz plastic cups so buy the time you figure in how much head is on it you only get 5 or six oz and they limit how much they sell at that price. Like a keg or two. So everyone gets enough cheap beer to make them happy and then they buy other stuff at the jacked up bar prices. Good business plan in a college town I guess. I think the name of it was Gracie's. Pretty tough place, several fights would break out every night and the dump was well known to the cops.
