They were in Linden and pulled Food Fair Trailers, The tractors were red and their terminal or warehouse was on Stiles Street in Linden NJ off Route 1 and their repair garage was on the corner of Route 1 and Stiles Street. navypoppop Posted 26 minutes ago Share Posted 26 minutes ago (edited) Thanks for the bump. Does anyone from NJ or the Trenton area remember either H.M.ROYAL, INC. or HERMS TRUCKING INC.? H.M.Royal Macks were LJ, A, B, R and MH. the early ones were Mack green w/ red frames and the later were white with blue frames I believe. HERMS were B, R, U, and F models. The B's were Mack green, the R and U models were red with the roof and hood white. The F models were white with orange and red stripes. H.M ROYAL is still located on Pennington Ave. in Trenton across from the city water reservoir but does not operate any trucks except 1 straight truck that is an IH I think and HERMS is out of business but was located at 620 Pear St. near the Brunswick Circle which is now the Rick Bus Terminal I believe. Thanks to anyone who might remember these older companies from the past who operated as Mack truck companies.
