Thanks for the picture. wasn't sure about  the title , quad. this is the set up I mentioned bit back. think O&G has some also.  5 axle

other states (most) are much larger the CT carry more -go further. ct you can't turn a pick up truck around ; I know yes you can. here it's all about more revenue for state.

had to be early '70's ; rules/regs changed for more state income. short wheel based 10 wheelers were getting third axles with baby wheels shoved between front tandem and battery box/ fuel tanks, side by side battery boxes were jammed one on top of each other to make room.

is that the teddy Tietz from woodbury area ?? didn't know he ran  tractors of that vintage, nice truck.

His Brother bought it from My Father in the early 60's and ran to California  with it then put it for sale .....Teddy said I'll buy it  after somebody came to look at it ...He pulled low-bed , trailer dump Ted has 3-rear's for it 45-mph 65-mph 85-mph it was on the road up to mid 90's now dust control....
