Looks like about 75-80% humidity with a temperature of mid 20's to low 30's coupled with a slight breeze from the trucks rt. side when the photo was snapped. Look at the receding frost on the cab and sleeper. Also, the ice covered tree which is clearly seen both through the windshield and passenger window and outside the cab matches perfectly.
