  1. Mine would be a B86T or a B853T almost any restorable condition. I doubt if any still exist.
  2. Did this engine, trans and radiator slide out to service ?
  3. I thought of sandblasting my cab and agree if you hold the nozzle back and do not stay in one place to long it should work. The commercial blasters usually have large units that spay a lot of sand at once. Like Vladislav indicated the blast media cannot get into areas that are sammiched together. This is the advantage of dipping.
  4. My truck did not have a fan shroud when I got it. I picked one up which is not correct. It hits the fan blade on top. Cutting 1" off the top and drilling new holes might make this one work. Looking thru the B model photo archives I see what appears to be a new B67T and B61T with no shrouds. Did some come with out shrouds?
  5. DodgeMan The local sand blasting shop here will not do any sheet metal. They say it can warp the metal. They recommended a soda blasting shop but said it will not do a good job on deep rust. Thinking on having my cab dipped. I have had a lot of things dipped with good results, but there can be some problems with this also. Not sure what way I will go.
  6. You could put a pipe plug in the rear hole. The forward fitting hose makes a U and goes into the head of the compressor. The bottom hose comes off the base of the compressor runs along the block behind the injection pump and goes to the bottom of the water pump.
  7. This may help. First picture top line goes to block one in back comes off bottom of water pump. Second picture shows drain valve on block. As mentioned coolant lines for compressor.
  8. Interesting. I worked on the B52's in the early 70's. They were the D and G models old but great planes. Some of my friend who stayed in the air force had nothing but praise for the B1.
  9. Has anyone ever used " Great Stuff " spray foam insulation for areas where you can not spray? I have seen it done but do not know if it is a good idea.
  10. Sharp looking 830. I like the attention to detail three ribbed front and especially 45 degree rear tires.
  11. Thanks for the explanation. It all makes sense. I would never have thought to use the flex agent.
  12. A couple of questions. What was the filler and it's purpose? I watched Eastwood's videos and looks as it goes on rough. How do you get a smooth surface to paint over?
  13. Enjoyed the pictures of the snow. Great looking country also. Have a son who lives in Bozeman.
  14. Welcome. Good looking trucks.
  15. Enjoyed the pictures. Nice tires wonder what size.
  16. Welcome and send pictures of your purchase.
  17. Some mobile farm tire guys will still handle them. Most everyone else does not want to work on them.
  18. 41 chevy makes a good point. I have seen where you can make a similar drum work with sometimes some machine work. There was a recent post here where someone turned an 8" drum into a 5" or 6" or something similar.
  19. I also thought it resembled the 840 J.D. Wonder how the H.P. and torque compare.
  20. You might try Kevin All 607 434 1063. I saw a similar one at his place when I was there last summer.
  21. Another dumb question is the filter on the right side that supplies the injection pump? Mine is steel did not know some were brass.
  22. I have not made a decision on the truck yet. Emailed the Mack museum for some basic specs on the truck last week have not heard from them yet. Thanks all for all the input.
  23. Thought I might add this the Detroit 60 series is what Fitzgerald puts in most of their glider kits. I think this says something good about them.
  24. Found this B 75LT locally in a barn. Stored for over 5 years started every few months and run but never moved. Asking $6500. Any thoughts, Thanks.
