  1. http://www.bigmacktrucks.com/index.php?app=core&module=attach&section=attach&attach_id=4552 heres the link that has your info you need.
  2. Not very much 12k or so? Look under the wiki pages on here and it tells you, my B75 tandem axled truck weighs under 14K. Hope that helps you.
  3. cool tractor, I sometimes search "hotrod mowers" or "hotrod garden tractors" on Youtube and have seen some wicked little tractors with dirt bike and street bike motors in them. They look like fun but for now I got to focus on the my Mack fund first.
  4. A 3406 and a 13sp ?! What an awesome combo!
  5. That is an awesome truck! Imagine meeting that behemoth on a skinny ass mountain road on a blind corner!
  6. Is that diamond rubber co the same guy that posted on here about a year ago telling us that he is making window seals and gaskets for classic trucks? He posted under introduction Vinny if you want to look him up.
  7. I saw this nice ole dog a couple days ago and when I went passed it again (on an old, desolate, country highway) I made sure no one was around and slowed way down to take this pic. It is owned by Alme Construction which specializes in pipeline, oil field and excavation services in the oil fields. They been around for a long time, my dad has a 1961 CornBinder which had a small tandem axled, tilt bed, fifth wheel trailer which he used to haul his D6 B on it. It seemed like way to heavy for the little trailer that was pulled by the single axled truck but hey how would I know? I was about 8 when he used to haul the dozer around. He still has the truck which also has a huge pto driven Braden winch which he uses it to pick stuff up around the shop. Anyways here is the pic.
  8. Lookin' good man, I am very envious of your progress.
  9. again cool until he put that nose on it. I am not hacking on it because it is not all Mack it just looks really dorky and out of place to hang a conventional nose off of a cab over. Like tits on a boar, they're useless and and look outa place.
  10. That would be the shuts in the summer sleeping over the engine. Would suck being the driver having to stare at his slumbering co driver the entire trip
  11. That Volvo nose is friggin hideous. Why use a cab over cab and then add a conventional nose on it?
  12. Could you imagine how loud the engine and road noise would be?! Gravel would be impossible to sleep thru!
  13. At least it didn't go from abandoned and vandalized to the scrap yard. Not my style either.
  14. That's spooky, imagin running some highway debri over while someone is down there. No way!
  15. Try Spalding's wrecking yard in Washington, it's a huge place and they always seem to have the hard to find parts.
  16. Sorry to hear the news Mark, keep your chin up and keep movin' forward. It may be tough but you will persevere with persistency.
  17. Lucky little bastard!
  18. Fun fact: Big Buds were made near me in Havre, MT. The biggest tractor in the world is the Big Bud 747 located in Big Sandy MT at the Williams Bros. Farm. It has a V-16 Detroit (yea Ben a 16 cylinder screamer in a tractor) and I think it has somewhere around 1200HP. Look it up on YouTube if you want to see it.
  19. I love how your "office" has a fishing pole leaning in the corner.
  20. Looking good Vin, keep it up.
  21. What do ya mean? January is great, no tourists, old and rich people snow bird to arizOna. Then the walleye fishin gets good just about the time my water trapping ends. Have a good one
  22. Pretty sweet looking B Vin. Keep up the cool pics.
  23. I oughta show my wife this thread to get her off of my case!! I was told last week sometime that I should build a 3 sided "equipment" shed to "hide" all of my "junk" to which I replied I have no junk but I might as well save enough money to build the fourth wall and make a pole barn. That wasnt met with too much resistance, especially when I reminded her that my Mack should be here before winter.
  24. Saw some neat things the past week and a half like this old scraper, Randyp eat yer heart out! after I saw the cool old scraper I got to the lease, hooked up to the tank and started loading crude oil on my truck when I turned around and say I had a visitor, Then the wife and I drove 4 hours away last Sunday to go buy a car for her to commute to school in and we saw these tipis and sweat lodge outside of East Glacier, The view just East of East Glacier, The new bridge they are building across the Two Medicine River to East Glacier, Late this week I decided to pick some fresh beets to make my wife and I "harvard beets" but much to my dismay some little bastard ate 2 twenty foot rows of my beets!!
