  1. That’s probably a x107 six speed, auxiliary goes in direct and just shift the five speed, reverse is on the auxiliary stick, a bullet proof transmission. Terry

  3. Once had a 237 engine when you backed out of it sounded like bongo drums out the exhaust, exhaust seat was loose, you could tell be the carbon around the seat, ran a long time like that. But it could be one of those things that could let go at anytime. terry
  4. I ran a single disc organic clutch behind a 237 for years, never had a problem, but i was the only driver. terry

  8. Can you put a oversized pin, and weld on the shift ball and round it down and smooth it, i have done that in the past. Terry.

  10. Regrooving tires is like the present day so called mechanics, can’t rebuild nothing, just replace the whole item! terry

  23. Was this a hendrickson walking beam or a mack beam, and yes mack a solid walking beam years ago. Terry
  24. Can't you use a filter that came with the tip turbine engines, it has two separate filters in one housing, one for engine and one for the tip turbine.. it is a bigger housing, but it's all on the passenger side. terry
  25. The biggest problem with a mack single countershaft trans with higher horse engines is do not lug it, keep the rpm’s in higher power band and you’ll be fine, terry
