  1. I doubt seriously if Don and the Mack Museum will "toss" the material. I could be wrong but I have never known them to "toss" anything. Copyright will likely be an issue. You may need to get permission from Mack/Volvo. Contact the Mack Museum and talk to Don. Again, nice collection of material!
  2. Nice collection!! Did Mack make a U model?
  3. Don and his crew are GREAT!!! I was thinking today about Trucktoberfest being held later this week. I plan to give a donation when I am there this week.
  4. Great find! I would be interested in any MH information that I do not already have inhand. Another suggestion that could be a tax right off...donate items to the Mack Museum. I donated some brochures a year ago.
  5. Received my confirmation in the mail today. Who is going? My MH has been sitting since Gerhart's. I hope it starts...I will check it out on Wednesday and head out on Thursday morning. Anyone coming from the west on the PA turnpike? Weather forecast is still good for Friday and Saturday (some clouds but no rain). Is there a truck wash nearby?
  6. Vlad, Your grammer is great considering your location. I am not sure a language translator would be any better. Things like "hooters" and "tilted kilt" would not translate well!
  7. Another one...
  8. I have driven US219 to just north of Ebensburg. From Somerset to Ebensburg, 219 is four land limited access. US 219 continues north but I have not driven north of Ebensburg. PA 36 may be another option but 219 and 36 cross at Mahaffey (36 going NW toward Titusville PA and 219 to Bradford PA). Old 220 or Business 220 may be an alternative too. Hopefully someone else will have better information.
  9. Nelly Belle was at Macungie last year (2011). Can't remember if I saw it there this year.
  10. Buy it now and save it until you are older. If nothing else might be a good investment. BTW...speachless is SPEECHLESS! So much for your daily spelling lesson.
  11. Some people seem to have TOO MUCH money in their pockets! Lucky bastards!!!!
  12. The MH front bumper protrudes more than the standard bumper. Wonder if it was a "platform" rather than "pull down" steps? Also the MH looks like it has a bulldog but none of the trucks show MACK.
  13. Just think how easy it would have been if you had the right equipment and lighting. Determination and Improvision!
  14. I will NEVER eat cake again!!! OD Tom - see what happens when you rattle leversole's cage!
  15. The "girls" would be hanging down by her knees.
  16. I don't think you want to motorboat with soccer balls. And I doubt if they are saggy. Probably have valve stems so she can change the air pressure. Just sayin'...
  17. Nice show, nice vehicles, and nice pics...thanks! P.S. The MH and B firetruck look familar.
  18. Another one (David - you have me wound up! )
  19. Received this in an email: Isn't it sad how biased the press is! It is as if the R has to run not only against the D, but against the press as well. Witness the last debate. Romney against Obama and the Moderator! I wish they would point out that Biden gives practically zero to charity! They never mention it! It just occurred to me... With all the noise the media is making about Romney's wealth, I don't recall such bluster and hand-wringing over the Kennedy fortune. Or, for that matter, John Kerry. Or the fact that John Kerry gave virtually nothing to charity while Romney gave something on the order of $4 million AND the entire amount he inherited from his father. Biden gave less than 1.5% of his income to charity. AND.......Obama pays a lower tax rate than his secretary. Buffet Rule? Oh, Wait! I just remembered... Romney is Republican. Kerry, Biden and the Kennedys are Democrats. Also, Romney worked for his money. Kennedy inherited his. And Kerry married his. Obama spends yours on vacations. Never mind.
  20. JT - PM the phone number and any other info you have.
