  1. I would go to Elko anytime. Did some field testing with a gold mine fleet near Elko. It was difficult to get test supplies sent to and out of Elko. In the middle of "no where".
  2. I uploaded the pics to Photobucket. This is my first time using PB. Note - LH door window frame sprung at top, RH door and hood would not open, truck sitting since mid/late 1970s, engine not running when parked. Lots and lots of rust. Owner had a person interested in some parts. http://s1305.beta.ph...870292570702275 JT - did not want to post any pics until you made your decision.
  3. it has to be hard before dipping into something wet....just sayin'
  4. Only 34! Just a young pup. Hope you have many more. My advise is "take the cake and RUN far away as fast as you can"
  5. Nice pics and thanks for posting! Did not see any "big" iron.
  6. x2! Something tells me he will not make it four (4) years.
  7. thanks...talk to me!
  8. I'm with you JT. Aren't the polls still open on the west coast? There should be a law to prevent any publication of election results until the next day. I agree BS!
  9. Removal is now "REMOVED". I put the driver on again this afternoon with full battery charge. One of the screws came out but the other did not. I drilled the head off of it and "retired" the chrome dog with no damage. Here is a pic of the new GOLD dog!
  10. I have been meaning to stop by Sidley's in North Canton and see if they have any U mixers.
  11. Thanks for the comments about my H67T. I "should have" or "should not have" done a lot of things in my days!!
  12. Found a few pics of my H67T with the flat bed. These were taken at the farm in PA around 1990. The truck had a straight stack, no headliner, no power steering, and no seat suspension. I had to wear ear plugs when I drove it because the cab resonated at certain speeds and was like an echo chamber inside. Those were the days! I sold it to a guy near Columbus, OH. I recently saw a picture of it (I think it was this one) in a magazine taken at a truck show in Michigan.
  13. No apologies needed and welcome to the site. Post some pics of your truck and other trucks (especially Macks) in your part of the world.
  14. Sharp looking trucks, both of them!
  15. Wait until you get older Vinny. "Dunlaps" disease will limit your consumption of Oreos and most other stuff.
  16. good one David!
  17. X2....not looking forward to winter and that pic confirms. BTW, nice truck!
  18. JT - good to hear you have electricity. Good news!
  19. eBay is the best place to look. eBay is the best place to look for original manuals.
  20. My farm is just 25 miles north of Bedford. I do not recognize the man nor the trucks.
  21. Same thing with me...never returned call or email. Thanks for posting the "new" location. This "smells".
  22. This President should be in jail. The worst part of this is he wants to use tax payer money to get them to delay the announcement until after the election! Lockheed Martin is laying off 123,000 workers just weeks before Christmas. This needs to go far and wide,so do your part The President is trying to hold off any announcement until after the election. This will make a significant increase to the questionable 7.8 % Unemployment number. Lockheed is going to lay off 123,000 defense workers due to Obama's downsizing of the military. This hit the Drudge report yesterday. This is true! I checked it on Google The law requires Lockheed to give 60-day notice to all to-be-fired employees within 60 days. That drop dead date would be November 1st. Since this would be devastating for his reelection, Obama has promised that our government would cover all Lockheed severance packages to fired employees if Lockheed would not release the names and locations of those losing their jobs until after the election! Do you have any idea how many millions that will cost the taxpayer? Thank you Obama!! This posting is from a defense contract newspaper called The Hill. You can read the details below: http://thehill.com/b...ays-hell-block- reimbursements-in-layoff-notice-fight http://thehill.com/b...says-hell-block -reimbursements-in-layoff-notice-fight >
  23. I remember connecting a wire to the brake switch at the pedal. But this was a pickup not a semi.
