  1. that sensor takes 5 minutes to replace, its plug in and go... it should be located near the bottom of the radiator, left side... keep in touch..Jojo..
  2. good point Glenn..
  3. I just watched another news story about this horrible event. I am no expert, however, I have a lot of experience with firearms. I heard that 2 people were shot. This movie set is for a western. so that tells me that the handguns were revolvers. I would expect the revolver to be a black powder revolver that has to be pre loaded and caps need to be placed on the rear of the cylinder, and the weapon is a single action revolver that requires the hammer to be pulled back before each shot can be fired, and the same is true if it was a revolver similar to a trap door revolver, which you load through the 'trap door' at the rear of the cylinder, with an encased bullet... like the one's we all know. I believe these handguns back then were also single action... so tell me???? after the first round was fired, and you realize you just sent a live round down range... What tells you to crank off another round? I welcome any and all corrections on what I posted. B.T.W. I own 2 single action revolvers, and they are "Modern" relatively speaking... Jojo
  4. How do you get banned? Not trying to be a dumbass, but what did he do?
  5. I have taken camelbacks apart and there weren't any "Twinkies" in the boxes, On some I have added them the repair. I'm with Terry on this one.. I also hadnt gotten a complaint after adding the "Twinkies" to springs that didnt have them..Jojo
  6. I bet the heat made by lithium ion batt's, feels great..... Jojo
  7. it is a mechanical gear driven cable. if you pull too much cable out at the end, you stand the chance of pulling the square drive end of the cable out of the speedo.. push the cable in as much as you can and chuck only a little bit in the drill and try it. the gear drive unit is easy to repair/replace. remove it at the seal housing and look inside for a spiral cut gear. that drives the spedo drive unit. also clean the unit really good and check the operation of it, right in youre hand...
  8. hayseed... he was fu%king that women and this was his way out.. I thought this out of the gate.... Don't care if i'm an idiot.. let's not forget.... it's Alec Baldwin........ jojo
  9. Hey dave.... I bet that Chic in your previous post has never been on a Man-Date... jojo
  10. You too kind.. I cant go. My back is so f'd up that I cant drive. My wife is taking me to the Dr. today.. I wish I could go... jojo
  11. you can hook an oil pressure gauge to the filter pad and see if pressure is low. at 10psi or lower the engine will shut down. if you have good pressure, check the harness to the sender and replace the sender if the wires are good and the pins make a tight connection. I have a hose made up with a gauge on it. the hose is long enough so that I can put it through the window and watch it as i drive the truck.. Im not saying 'no' to an ECM issue, just starting simple.. jojo
  12. the saft in the injection pump turns when running.. chuck up the cable in a wimpy cordless drill and spin it to see if the gauge works. go slow and have someone watching the gauge... I think you have to put the drill in reverse.. just go slow when figuring which direction is correct. when you get that figured out, then run the drill up and it helps to know the top speed of the drill so you can sort-a get an idea that the tach is reading good... not a cure just a test.. Jojo
  13. Is this gun loaded?? YES!! Thats what I was taught before I even joined the Army... It used to be standard lesson's from Dad... and these ACTORS are just that...Actors.. Too bad that Lady lost her life due to a lack of training... jojo
  14. did you call any Mack dealer with the last 6 of the v.i.n. and just get it that way???
  15. Holy Crap... I don't get it... I learned about muzzle energy and pressure when I was in basic training for the Army. Heck we trained with blast deflectors clamped to the muzzles, and the gas pressure would operate the bolt so that another round would load.. Anyway, I'm no expert, just posting comments... Jojo
  16. Yep!!! You reckon, if I put masks on all of my guns it will be the cure for lead poisoning?
  17. This happened about 30 years ago on a set for an American T.V. series.. The actor played a character who was a weapons specialist. the gun was loaded with blanks, just like Alec's. Unfortunately these Dummies did'nt know that the pressure coming out of the muzzle can kill you if the weapon is pointed at you in very close range. The first one years ago, He put the gun to his head and fired it. It blew a chunk of his skull into his brain. Alec, fired the gun towards the director and was close enough to cause a similar, fatal injury. Of course this is about Alec Baldwin, so here in the States, they protect Psycho Lib's.. I'm sure there is another angle to what happened and it's on the cutting room floor. Jojo
  18. To a Yankee, that's just a repair that needs to get done.... sometime... jojo (yankee)
  19. "V" may have nailed it... I/We have done a bunch of these repairs... there is a service buliten may go back to around 2002.. if you get a copy it wll guide you and provide the parts list... it's a bit of a job but the out come is good... jojo
  20. I cant think of why the idle speed would change on its own, any recent programming been done? Idle speed is easy to reset with Mack software. 880 Joe may be on to something here... I'd like to know, jojo

    EUP broke

why is it taking 2 days to tell if the cam is bad? it should have taken less than 30 minutes to tell.. Just curious...You came to the right place... jojo
  22. Exactly!!!
  23. My brother-in-law died in his sleep 2 months ago, and a Rep. from our local hospital system said to his wife, that if she stated it was covid that killed him, she would recieve $9000.00. She refused to do that because he died of a stroke in his sleep. My wife can tell this story better, she was there when this offer was given... W.T.F.?
  24. Ooop's I should have paid better attention... I have made these mistakes a few times lately... I'm sorry... jojo
