You have a code coming up? Probably the engine RPM/TDC sensor involved so a 3-2 code or 3-1. 200-300 ohms is the range for that sensor. Remove it from the flywheel, check it over, ohm it, clean the tip of clutch metal, run it in and back it out one turn and jam the nut lightly to about 15ftlbs.

Mack E7 427 low pressure Jake issues
Mack Technician replied to Walsh&Sons's topic in Engine and Transmission
98' could be a PLN engine or E-Tech. You have EUP style fuel system? It matters, the engine brakes had very different issues between the two motors. -
In the post-Covid world we’ll all be eating a daily portion of hot 🌭 dogs made with whatever bug, plant or mammal protein was readily available.

Not sure if some of the idle/acc gears could drop a failed-split machined washer? If it wasn’t any of those I’d run it and (if it helps you sleep better) assume it’s compressor goods. -

I’m outta luck on my account. I hit 100% on used space and it won’t reset. It’s stuck. I dumped a bunch of attachment pics and it gave back no newly available space to use. Stays right at 100 and took away my file attachment prompt. -

#4. The rocker arms have spring washers preloading them from lateral travel. It’s one of the 6 c-clips mixed in with those sprung rocker shaft washers. #5. A broken section of the variable thickness washer/shims used to load and adjust mounting depth of the oil pump spring retaining cap for the relief valve. -

Crack pipe guess #1. The hardened machine coin that sits on top of the valve bridge which the rocker arm strikes. Did they check adjustment while it was open? -

How big is it if measured end to end? 🧲 magnetic? Are the leading edges forged or sheared off, IOW- is it built circular via machining, or circular by catastrophic coincidence? Are you still running a stock, emissions legal, AI? Did you explode some turbos in this unit, Fred’s theory is solid, anything can happen when things start coming apart at 40K RPM. Like the late, great, Joe Diffie said....”when your spinning ‘round, things come undone”(welcome to Earth 🌍 third rock from the sun). Usually it’s a shaft shard going down the southbound turbo tube. -

If it isn't a valve spring I'll wager my guess. -
80W-90 convential or 75W-90 synthetic Usually wrong oil messes with you in cold temps. Like the thickness of cold conventional oil won’t squeeze out of the synchro plates and you get a winter grind on the first sync shift. Even then if you cycle it a few time before moving the truck you can squeeze it out and avoid grind. What tires you running? Gears are a game, you have things too low you will be shifting like a bandit. This is one calculator I often use..... https://wellertruck.com/roadspeedcalculator/ If Huddard's right you are really deep on the bottom, a standard T310 is 13.81 on the lowest hole.

You think something’s letting go in the transmission? Maybe check the magnets? I used the driveline calculators they have online. There’s a bunch.

Since your getting hosed in Maine too? Why are county’s and townships frightened off by the idea of disabled vets collectively entering their space? Is there some kind of infrastructure they can’t afford to provide for that large a population of disabled people, but are legally obligated to provide? Is the ridiculous Somalian refugee contingency a way to curb the “disabled” label? .......or does the term disabled vet push some unseen A-Hole switch? Take a ride through one of Rez’s up here and you’ll see what free housing will look like after the refugees are done with it. I went through one last month and they had punched a hole through the side of the house and ran the rain gutter downspout in through the wall. The car was sideways in the ditch out front and mostly covered by the snow plow. Must have been beer in the trunk, it was left open and filled with snow.

Your probably right to a large degree, so here’s the solution.... I joined a Fortune 500 “big money” corporation and every week buy company stock with my pre-tax earning. Now I’m a shareholder and I can vote for the board of directors who, in turn, are running our country. It’s the closest I could get to a vote that counts and I actually get to vote twice. Vote #1. I get to pick the Master(Corp, lobbyists, etc) Vote #2. I get to pick the puppets(politicians) The stinker is getting stuck paying an annual $1,500 legal representation fee to the Union to make sure my monster doesn’t eat me. Capitalism at work!

There it is Dave.... Ok, meet halfway, keep the Fuller. I’ll get a garbage bag stuffed with pop cans, duct tape it round and round to the flat bottom of the Fuller to give it a triple shaft belly. Hit it with a spray bomb of Mexican Chrome.....You can talk it up, those Pacar boys won’t be the wiser when you tell’em your still driving on top a Mack box. Ok, I’m done now. Just make sure the guy you sell the CH to joins BMT so you can switch over to BPT.

Don’t let it stop your decision to purchase Dave, I’ll get it in there for you. Port-a-power and some X-member spacer plates. Your frames long enough to safely distort a couple inches.

Your getting Virginia brand push-back up in Maine too? 🤦♂️ ( ❤️ the Russian Baptist’s ✝️)

We’ve been there many times... I jumped the fence in my late 20’s. Having hung with some fairly liberal friends for many years after I still have a conversation soft spot for Libs in-between election years. If the world and the laws governing nature would submit themselves to the Liberal you’d have a fine little utopia. Never happen, buts it’s fluffy, warm and cuddly. The nasty side of liberals is their need to transform and assimilate..... This is a male who thinks he’s a woman, YOU MUST CALL HIM A WOMAN!!! YOU MUST MAKE HIS GAY WEDDING CAKE!!! You MUST NEVER use these 10 words in public. I have a victim status, I’m your victim, YOU MUST APOLOGIZE to me and cower apologetically when I cue you. Give me my SAFE SPACE! I have evolved past your conservative mind and am therefore the newer, evolved model of the enlightened human species. YOU are holding this world back from attaining utopia and the subsequent end of all human strife and suffering. FEEL MY ❄️ SNOWFLAKE! Wait until I’m in office and i subjugate your primal mind. The actual end game for a solid liberal, in a perfect world, on its best day, in its finest hour, all stars aligning perfectly.....could never be anything better than hedonism. Count me out. I prefer reality even if it’s not a happy ending. The Covid reeks of utopian stupidity “even ONE death is too many”. We just ate our own intestines so we wouldn’t feel hungry.

Don’t get too excited Mackey, Trumps an idiot genius with a perfect track record when it comes to his predictions and crack pipe theories. A’course maybe not a direct injection per say, he was referring to sanitizing the lungs(which would be fairly ridiculous too). He predicted at the start of this thing that the statisticians are off (high) on the deadliness of Corona and he totally nailed it (Media won’t report that). Farce! It’s a hard-hitting vomitless flu virus. It doesn’t spread any differently than any other flu that can inundate an entire nation in a month’s time. IF.....IF....we DIDN’T have a global flu vaccine functioning against the annual strains of A&B, then the Flu dead would have outnumbered this years Covid dead 3 to 1, possibly 5 to 1. Possible it still will?

Spent phone time with The Burrens (Roland) last week crunching numbers on drivetrains before he purchased another rig. We calc’ed every gear (in his current CV713 AI-370 following your mod recipe) range against his engine and figured out, with mods, he needed to be 4.17, which he isn’t. 4.17 hit every sweet spot perfectly in the speed ranges he frequents. It also let him run 75 at a sensible RPM. Mack dived too low on diffs because of the AI issue. He’s selling her and already bought a New Volvo, 11 liter. Looks like a nice set up. He got his 2,000 lbs payload back by dropping to 11. Everything he spec’d with a large engine (13 liter platform)overweighted him 2K past the CV713 weight. Notch on the belt for ol’CV. Run your numbers with 4.17 and see how you come out. As for the resident T critic......he’s trolling you right now waiting on the opportunity, I think I see the dorsal 🦈 fin sticking out of the water. 😆

As of today...…. Our county still remains fully exposed and antibody enhanced from our nasty February Covid-19 experience. Our patient zero salesman, who brought back here from China, has been unfriended by the surviving members of his social media circle. A 55 year old gal I know, who smokes cigs and pot like it's free, told me yesterday that when her husband got it she doubled down on her Elderberry Immune extracts and never showed a single symptom...high five twinkie lady.

We've had multiple county Sheriffs publicly state they will not enforce the Governors Covid mandates. Common sense is beginning to rise like a phoenix from the ashes of CoronaFarce-rus.
