The court is questioning how a State Health Secretary could make a mandate intended to be enforced under penalty of law. It side steps the rule of Legislators who's authority it is to write laws to be enforced under threat of penalty. Therefore our Health Secretary, Andrea Palm, has "Redefined herself" to a legislators position and is spontaneously writing her own laws.

I’d probably take a look at the air sensor in the manifold area, around/ in front of, your feet.

If it’s been out, and under load, it would have purged air lockup.

I’m assuming it wasn’t run until now? This is the first time you ran it after the repair?

Careful with ether, she could become an addict. He had lines off and got air in the system. Bleed the fuel lines inside the head and not at the EUP’s. CCRS are difficult to clear of air, more so than the good’ol E-Tech. Head bleeding means some fuel will well up in the head ports, you just have to live with it till it weeps out.

It works opposite up here. Our local hospital pushes everything through the emergency room for extra revenue. I had a bearing chip in my forehead for a couple months and needed it out. The hospital wouldn’t let me come in without an emergency room charge. Had to drive to a different city.

Oh heck!...Did you knock out the stick’s double walled shift boot in the cab floor!?!? Forgot about that. Those are trouble makers for shift, Mack had us cut them out (existing ones) and they quit making them double walled. They meant well, to reduce noise and heat transfer, but they were so stiff it caused shifting issues, especially up here. It would hit -25 and guys would have the sticks return to center neutral on their own while driving.

Performance & satisfaction before loyalty, swap it. If you know other T3 trans are doing better for a buddy, and you drive it and agree yours has an issue......I’d pull the trans top cover and polish the spalling off the shift shafts. Not a terrible job to undertake and costs virtually nothing in soft parts. Maybe I can get an amen on here, or maybe others haven’t had it, but anyone who rebuilds a number of these knows how choppy and pitted the fork rail wear-outs can get. Are the other trucks deep in the rears? Mid 4’s? Larger displacement engines may tend to have a lower number on the rear, in the upper 3’s, because they can. Mack had to go mid to upper 4’s because of AI torque issue. The expectation was your going to rev the heck out of it because of it not having low end torque. They say so in the AI engine manual...page 18. “The changes are more extensive and visible for the AC engine which is used in linehaul applications at governed speeds, than the AI/AMI engine which is used in vocational applications at higher governed speeds.” They saw how crumby the low end was. The further into 4 you go the tighter the shift becomes especially on the low range. The number of MPH gained by in a 4th gear may be 4mph @4.64. The same 4th gear may gain 6mph when the diff is 3.86. The lower your gain the harder your shift. Ex- take your overdrive trans and drop a 3.86 diff in and your top speed gain from 1300 to 2000 RPM is 32 MPH. take the 3.86 rears out and drop in a 4.64 and now the 1300 to 2000 RPM OD gain is reduced to 27 MPH. You may have tight shift windows, esp on the bottom, esp loaded going up a hill with a short span of gains between shifts. Macks a challenging shift. I have to move the Log Dogs stick pretty fast to get my grabs with the 4.35. The deepest ratio Roland had between modern trucks he was scoping was a 4.10 ratio. If your skipping groups of gears loaded then you’ve overcome the need for a deep rear end when you modified the engine for more HP and torque.

He was going to put in a third relay for the jakes and make it control on/off air to a 10PSI regulated valve that in turn dumped the light PSI to the brake system. Then he was going to install a digital recorder on the same circuit that played a loud jake noise over the speakers in the cab.

North Fond du Lac man accused of using stolen underwear to set fires FOND DU LAC COUNTY, Wis. (WBAY) - A North Fond du Lac man is accused of using stolen underwear to set several fires in the county. Michael L. Miller. Photo: Fond du Lac County Jail Michael L. Miller, 43, has been charged in Fond du Lac County with 27 counts--including arson and possession of child pornography. Details of the case were revealed in a criminal complaint obtained by Action 2 News. Miller, who was officially charged in Fond du Lac County Court today is being held on $200,000 bail. MARCH 19 On March 19, at about 3 a.m., fire was reported at a vacant home in the 200 block of N Military Rd in Fond du Lac. MARCH 20 Several fires were set on March 20. Investigators responded to a fire at a home on Lakeshore Dr. in Fond du Lac County. An 88-year-old woman was in the home. Smoke detectors went off and she was able to escape. Investigators determined the fire had been lit on the outside near a window. Three other suspicious fires were set that day in the Village of North Fond du Lac. A vacant mobile home on Meadowlark Ct was damaged by fire. A vacant home was damaged on Clinton St. Investigators said the fire was similar in origin to the one on Lakeshore Dr. Men's underwear were found at a back window. In the 700 block of Maine Ave, a woman's bra was stuffed into the furnace exhaust PVC pipe. A child's swimsuit was stuffed into the intake PVC pipe of the furnace. Both items were lit on fire. The fire damaged the pipes before it went out. SUSPECT IDENTIFIED North Fond du Lac Police were able to identify Michael Miller as a suspect. He had known ties to a resident on Maine Ave and a resident on Meadowlark Ct. During an interview, Miller admitted intentionally starting fires in the county, according to the complaint. "I don't know what his motive was for targeting the specific homes, but there's no known connection between the homes and the suspect that I'm aware of," said Fond du Lac County Sheriff Ryan Waldschmidt. Officers examined Miller's phone and found "thousands of images of pornography." Some of those images were identified as child pornography. Sheriff Waldschmidt adds, "My understanding is he didn't take any of them or admit to taking any of them, but in either a case, a child somewhere in the world has been victimized by this an another reason we're happy to have this person off of the streets." They also found an image of a large fire. Miller stated that he would take underwear from laundromats and use it to start fires, according to the criminal complaint complaint. "Miller stated that he was wearing women’s underwear during the interview and he buys the underwear at stores. Miller further stated that the underwear he used to light the fires was taken from laundromats," reads the complaint. Ultimately, Miller admitted to setting 12 fires between December 2018 and April 2020. The complaint states he knew details about the fires that were not made public. On April 28, multiple charges were filed against Miller in Fond du Lac County: POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY - 5 COUNTS ARSON OF PROPERTY OTHER THAN BUILDING - 1 COUNT ARSON OF BUILDING - 11 COUNTS FELONY CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY - 4 COUNTS BURGLARY OF BUILDING OR DWELLING - 3 COUNTS FIRST DEGREE RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING SAFETY - 3 COUNTS Miller is being held on a $200,000 cash bond.
