  4. ummm now Im not real smart but just some quick maths in my head is 1 Billion is a Thousand Million at least thats the way it is in Australia 1000,000,000 40 -70 million lets say its gunna big the one 70,000,000 now as I have just stated Im not real smart but but I was always taught that any business should aim for at least a 10% return on investment so if all there stars align and the plan comes off with out a hiccup the best anyone can expect is 7% now once again Im not showing the bright side of my brain but this thingo is gunna take four or five years to build at its quickest so get a loan for a Billion we pay interest on it for five years on a unsecured loan that would at a guess be 10% interest so thats 100,000,000 for five years so thats 500,000,000 so now we owe 1.5 billion and the gates still arent opened and you will only get what a at the best a 4% or 5% return it wont even cover the interest on the loan but heck what would I know from the ass end of the earth and I work for my self ?? but I tell you what figures dont lie no matter what part of the earth your from and for your man at that top say its a good idea to send these people to the wall for no gain only loss is a disgrace maybe big business wants there land and this is some assholes way of getting it ? dunno but somethings not right thats for sure the only way its gunna work is if a billion over there is 100,000,000 just thinking out allowed seeya's Paul

  7. welcome IHG Im no expert at all but if you have changed sensor's and harnesses they arent the problem I would look a little more basic because I am a simple person how about removing the negitive from the chassis cab ect ect and make sure the connections are spotless emery the frame under connections give those lugs a real good tug make sure they are well attached if it has a intermittent problem I doubt its a sensor just my thoughts Paul Oh yeah gotta learn to smile lifes to short not to

Yeah Im not sure how to explain this but it only has one H pattern I think thats what you asked 3-4 , 5-6 , 7-8 , 9-10 , 11-12 as said above you can drive it as a 5 speed and at the flick of a switch at any time you make it into ten I think there a dream to drive just me not everyone agrees but they are allowed to be wrong LOL but they are tough and bullet proof Paul
  18. its just like driving a normal ten speed only ever use the second stick for deep reduction I find them a lot easier than a road ranger to drive but thats just me perhaps Im lazy and dont like shift the stick as there is only four shifts from zero to top speed Paul

Ok Dave all I know is this is fairly standard across all diesel motors as to taking the return line off the pressure relief valve you wont catch an fuel there because the fuel is running back down the supply line to the tank so it will be trying to suck fuel in perhaps you could screw the return line into the bottom of the tank for a few days and see what happens or maybe remove it and put it in a bucket of fuel when you stop to see if it then starts ok you would have to remove it with the motor running but I think that missing bit of line in the tank might hint towards a possible problem good luck Paul

Dave this the way I under stand it but as always I could be wrong First pic is with motor running as you can see the fuel comes from the tank thru the primary filter then to the lift pump the it goes to the secondary filter to the injector pump through the the motor uses what it needs whats not used goes out thru a Tee to the puff limiter and air start if fitted are supplied under pressure and the left over fuel returns to the tank now when the motor is off (second pic) the fuel siphons back down to the tank and it is meant to drain back thru the lift pump and siphons the fuel up from the tank thru the return line as the return line reach's to the bottom of the tank thru a tube inside the tank now what is most likely happening is there is a slite leak in the return system somewhere most likely thru a fuel line or perhaps thru the air start puff limiter but one thing I think for certain is it is in the return side of the fuel system The fact it runs fine eliminates the supply side of things as all you have looked at is the supply of fuel and it all checks out it has to be the return I have learnt this by going down the same path as you it wasnt till someone explained it like this that I fixed the problem mate I hope all this waffle helps and one thing to remember tens of thousands of these trucks run fin every day with out any fancy fuel supply system seeya and good luck Paul remember its a Mack enjoy the ride hey Dave what part of this wide brown land are you at brother ?
