  1. As for the weather in Eastern Pa.......We were shocked when we had sunglasses weather two days in a row. We were all worried about our mud getting dehydrated but did not have to wait long, rained its ass off the last 2 days and they are saying the S word for this coming Saturday night.
  2. How you doing Paul? Was thinking about you the other day.
  3. You are welcome! I am happy to help!
  4. I spent $900 and got a brand spanking new snowblower......and so far......nothing. Best $900 I ever spent and honestly if I never have to use the thing it would be wonderful!!!
  5. yeah. More effing rain and the refrigerator took a shit. I was starting to worry about my mud getting dehydrated and who doesn't enjoy chunky milk?
  6. Amazon is great for some things..........I can get the seven quarts of Royal Purple synthetic 5W20 and the filter for the Hemi cheaper through them than anyplace else. Including shipping.
  7. Was a ticket/citation issued? If so, was the relevant section of the Illinois MVC cited on the ticket? If not the ticket can be thrown out but that's another story for another time. For now, if a ticket was issued, and the section was cited, you should be able to pull it up on the interwebz. If a Citation was not issued and it was more or less a polite warning for you, I would call the Officer and politely ask him to cite the relevant section of the Illinois MVC and verify before you start the hassle of spending money and time getting your people into compliance.
  8. No Clue Joe??? Talk about the Ghost of Christmas Past !!!
  9. I wanted to get an English Bully for the longest time, then I started researching them when I wanted to pull the trigger. I found out they have a ton of respiratory and muscular/skeletal problems. The only way to get around this is to use a very reputable breeder who follows a closely guarded blood line......And those pups cost upwards of $2500........ Went with another Dalmatian instead.......lol
  10. Waukesha has been using the same color orange since the 1930's, hence the nickname "THUNDER PUMPKIN!"
  11. I love it when guys come on here and say "I know it depends on condition but how much................." You answered your own question. Can you eat off it or is all the steel swiss cheese and is there oil in the coolant? As for swapping out the 707, who told you parts are hard to come by? You need to know where to look. And if you take care of it, like anything else mechanical, it will run forever. And unless it is an ex-FDNY C Model with high mileage, it is probably an atypical firetruck and has less than 30,000 miles on it- barely broken in. So the question remains- why would you swap it? And, if you do insist on swapping it for an oil burner, drop a 237 Maxidyne and a 5 speed Maxitorque in there. You did remember to swap the rear axle, right?
  12. No, we are saving it all for OtherDog
  13. I highly doubt that the Museum will know the current disposition, let alone who owns it. But certainly worth a try.
  14. Glad to see you posting Paul. I hope you are doing well despite the setbacks. I have only been married to SWMBO for 13 years but I cannot even begin to fathom what it would be like to lose her.
  15. Благодарение приветствия и приветствия от банды в Хеллтаунской остановке грузовика!!!! Thanksgiving greetings and salutations from the gang at the Hellertown Truck Stop!!
  16. Vlad, where in NJ are you staying? You are MORE THAN WELCOME to come to our house for the Thanksgiving meal!!! I will private message you my address and phone number, please call me if you want to come. And please DO NOT feel as if you are intruding. You would not be the first international guest we have had for Thanksgiving- we have had Australian firefighters dine with us. I will be DAMNED if I let you be alone on Thanksgiving!!!!
  17. If I remember correctly, complete rebuild kits from Fontaine are very reasonable. Disassemble, give a good thorough washing with a hot water pressure washer, and rebuild.
  18. Teri Garr when she was young. She looking a little rough lately.
  19. I know Kenny personally and this was brought up recently elsewhere. I offer the following: -It was 2011 -Kenny deeply regrets what happened back then -He has paid his dues, both monetarily and criminally -He has grown up, has a job, a steady girlfriend and is also now a father. -Would you set a fire that killed three of your animals -Would you set a fire that could potentially burn down your parent's home (the siding melted) -Would you set a fire destroying all of your father's memorabilia, two mustangs and several irreplaceable antique snowmobiles -The ashes aren't even cold and people feel the need to kick him in the balls before they learn the specifics of how the fire started? Doesn't sound very mature or Christian-Like to me. Do what you will with this information, but I for one am granting him the benefit of the doubt. And those of you who know me personally will tell you that my trust has to be earned.
  20. Would you believe my wife has never seen Mr Mom???

  22. Now....The masses want to know.... What did you give them instructions for? How to build a flux capacitor? Nuclear weapon? 100 to 200amp panel conversion?
