  1. TS7 Defense update on the M-37 will come with doors, but for extra $250,000.00 will do one without.
  2. I think for $1 million TS7 Defense could update a 1951 Dodge M-37 and it would do a better job for less than any of these things.
  3. I know that I do not know anything about the truck market in Brazil, but I cannot see how they could not have kept the small Cargo and F 350 and 4000 going. I think the small Cargo model would have sold well in the US if Ford had tried.
  4. The father of the Dodge Power Wagon?
  5. I would like to see a Granite with a steel hood and fenders like a B-81.
  6. Nothing fights rust like a good steel hood and fenders.
  7. Why would a off-road truck have to have a steel hood? Take a good look at most of the construction equipment built today.
  8. If Hackett was stuck in traffic he was surrounded by SUV's that never see a day of being driven off the pavement.
  9. No one here knows for a fact that Mack can not build a truck like that C500. Go to a dealer and put your money where your mouth is and find out. I have seen pretty heavy concrete pumping chassis out there, like Maxidyne says.

    More BS

It is frightening that the left has lost its grip on reality. If half this country cannot tell truth from falsehood, we have a dark future. The Elite's way of life is under attack by Trump. I can think for myself and can tell the truth from total BS. We have his back, the people on the left better be careful what they wish for.
  11. Todays SUV is a car and most pickups sold today are useless as a work truck. But that is what sells and they have to build what sells.
  12. It is Fiat that could not survive with out Jeep and Ram.
  13. Maybe not so fast, Trump Administration is going to look into this. Chrysler was given to Fiat so this could happen? Sell Fiat to who ever and let Chrysler be Chrysler. Today Chrysler does not need Fiat or PSA.

Bring that military dog to DC, his work is not done.
  15. My point is the UAW went on strike to make sure Volvo keeps all Mack truck production in the Lehigh Valley area. I do not think Volvo will in the near future build a new plant just for Mack, they do not have the sales to make it work any more. There is a better chance that one day the next new Mack model will be built at New River, coming down the same line as a Volvo, only with a Mack nameplate on it. I know there not going to bring Mack's from Australia. The UAW should be glad Volvo keeps things the way they are for the time being. That strike was over what? Mack's being built somewhere else? It would be something to see some LHD Mack Australia models sold here. Also for those who do not understand the UAW, they have done more to kill what were good job's than anyone else.
  16. So the UAW went on strike to keep Mack (Volvo) from selling Mack trucks built in Australia here? I do not see Volvo spending the money to build a new plant to build Mack trucks some place else with there sales the way they are. What did this strike gain the UAW? In a month or so Mack Australia will run out of parts for two weeks?
  17. I do not know about Mack UAW workers pay, but UAW GM, Ford and FCA workers are very well paid. Yet when GM strike started, one week later striking UAW members were saying they could not pay there bills and might lose there homes. Pure greed in the UAW from the top down. I live in SE Michigan and do not feel sorry for any Big 3 worker blue or white collar.
  18. I wondered what was happening with the new medium-duty truck. There must something going on with it that the UAW wants in on. This tells me that Volvo is spending money on Mack. West coast plant? UD based Mack medium-duty? But still this is dumb strike by the UAW.
  19. UAW higher leadership is very rotten and it is easy to call for a strike to take focus off them for now. Look at what is happening at UAW GM strike now. I could see Volvo moving Mack, if they keep it around, some where else. Careful what they wish for.
  20. I just hope all the dead people that voted for Clinton in 2016 vote for Trump in 2020.
  21. Steyer's a POS who has backed a lot of the POS longterm hacks who should be in jail.
  22. The Ford L-Series has stood the test of time. I see class 8 Fords working every day here in SE Michigan.
  23. I see a lot of Rangers on the road here, must be selling good. What do you think Kscarbel?
  24. Union LEADERSHIP greed that helped themselves, not members, has killed more union jobs than any other reason. Most if not all union leaders were members who spent most of there time looking for reasons to not work and still get paid, that is why they got into leadership roles. Good workers do not need a union, lazy workers do. I say this on Labor Day and am a 34+ year OEU member. By the way a 30+ year old Mack truck that has been maintained would be a money maker next to any 2019 junk on the road today.
  25. Back when Ford built B, C, F and L model medium duty trucks and GMC was a real truck, not a Buick SUV.
