Even with some repairs, if needed, that truck has a few decades of use left in it for sure. Looks like it had two good owners who knew how to drive and take care of a truck, not just play with it.

The 1959 is a D8H. 36A is a id # for D8H's built with a direct drive trans. The D8H model started around 1958 I think.

T-Girl insulted BMT members who were US Military Vets many times. I think that is why that person was banned by Barry and he was right to do it. Someone is changing history now and I have a real good idea who it is. I supported that person because of good items on Mack Truck History they posted here. Roadway my point is GM does not have a real commercial truck division anymore. GMC is not a commercial truck brand anymore.

Why does GM need a new brand to sell a van? They use to have a true truck brand and real truck dealers, that sold real trucks class 1-8, I think it was called GMC.

We got that flood problem in Mid- Michigan right now. Seems someone (State Government) did not want to lower a lake level (open a dam). Dam failed, big time. Governor Whitmer needs to look in the mirror to find who's fault this is. There are some governor's in some states right now that are showing that they could not run a one person circle jerk.
